One day when I was much younger I found a stupid law in our town that said no one is allowed to ride a cow like a horse. I decided to push the issue by riding our cow through our town. All the cops did was laugh their fool heads off. Did I get a ticket? Nope. The next year that law was removed. I miss that silly cow.

Nope said law only applies to filming people in private space, recording private conversations, or sharing their location in real time. You can freely film and photograph people in public, and post said images to youtube

Actually, it's not really illegal to name a pig Napoleon in France. It's just a myth, linked to the fact that the French publisher who translated Animal Farm disagreed with naming a pig, supposed to represent Stalin, after one of the most important French historical figures.
So they just decided to name it after another emperor, hence Cesar
