This might sound weird but it gives me a dystopian post apocalyptic solo living like in I am Legend and that music sort of plays in the background of my vision. Cebu is wonderful.....no doubt. I lived there full time for over 2 years. If ya gotta hang out during a pandemic, that place is as good as any....and better than most! Mactan Island was very good to me! The people were SO VERY GOOD to me.
