      Absolutely, I totally agree. It helps when you know what your body needs in terms of sensory in put. I learned that I am a MAJOR oral seeker that’s why I ALWAYS bite my nails… such a toxic trait 🙈. Upon learning this about myself I figured positive ways to get the input necessary to feel well balanced 👍🏽.
