So we can pretty much say that Stephen Amell is the Robert Downey jr. of the DC TV franchise. To who don't get what i mean is that Iron man was the beginning for the Marvel Cinematic Universe. While not all the DC shows are connected its because of arrow that caused all the DC shows to be made.

A) Bale was not thrown out. DC desperately wanted Bale AND Nolan to stay on, but Bale said he would retire the mask if Nolan was out, and Nolan wanted to move on. Nolan said outright he only wanted to do a trilogy and that's what he did. NO ONE on DC threw Bale out and
B) RDJR is also still a part of the Marvel universe as well...he's also at least going to be in the next two Avengers film, possibility of doing an Iron Man 4. And that's NOT because MARVEL wants to push him out but that's because he is OLD. And he has ADMITTED that he is old and that he cannot do it forever.
Even Chris Evans has vocally expressed that he wants to finish his contracts for Captain America, retire to behind the camera. Are you going to accuse Marvel of kicking him to the curb then as well?

Yes but you have to admit, if it wasn't for Smallville a show like Arrow wouldn't exist. I was shocked when Steven Amell played Arrow instead of Justin Hartley. cause it was Justin that made Green Arrow popular on the show. And when they were making an Arrow show I thought Justin would continue.
I can admit that it opened the door but that's when the show ended . smallville failed to get spin offs or inspire othe comic book shows to emerge during its ten year run. And i hated the whole teenager angle which i'm glad all the DC shows are avoiding. The full credit goes to arrow the 3rd season is about to start and 4 other DC shows have been made because of its popularity.
I love how Felicity and Emily but also Barry and Grant are so much alike in personality! Both amazing actors :)

Anyway, I REALLY love Emily. It's like she and Felicity are the same person and just by looking at her adorableness makes you smile! I know I'm not the only person who gets this effect from her.

Asking Stephen Amell to take his shirt off was really kinda awkward :( You can tell that he really didn't want to do it but was forced to just so he wouldn't let the crowd down.
On his Facebook page Amell posted the picture from it and said "No regrets"!

trickster23 I find it hard to believe that he would feel uncomfortable, knowing that he's a beautiful man, with a great body and knowing that his fans love him, I think he was more than happy to oblige or if he is uncomfortable, he is only because he knows he looks that good. Of course this is just a women's opinion.
Rachel Miller I'm a woman too, if that makes a difference. A lot of conventions have a general rule stating that you cannot ask a guest 1) politics, 2) love life/relationships, and 3) to take his/her shirt (or other clothing) off. I thought SDCC had one too but I guess not.
This was the best panel of CC 2014 if not not the best overall. Geoff Johns was a great host too.
Met him a couple times, been an asshole every time.

If it had been asked to the actress of sara if her muscle build had been a big part of the show then it likely woulnt have been a big deal to have asked
And if all goes well, this year's panel will include SUPERGIRL as well. That stage is gonna be mighty crowded!

Instead of one bigass panel, I would've preferred 4 smaller ones. Everyone wants to ask the Arrow-crew because we know so much more and have so many more questions. The Gotham and Constantine people barely got a word in.
I was thinking the same thing, Flash, Gotham and Constantine were greatly ignored with the exception of Matt Ryan and Grant Gustin
I think they knew Arrow would draw the crowd, so from a PR standpoint, it was a good intro for these new shows. Win/win.
Arrow had it's own panel. See you tube. None of the other shows has the audience yet. Though the Flash has mega buzz and is the CW's major baby.

there's also Preacher which is from DC's Vertigo line and it will be airing on AMC, though I think it doesnt has a realease date yet I'm pretty sure it has been picked up to be a series

I understand the frustration people have with Laurel but that shouldn't be directed towards her. She's only acting out what the writers have given her. The writers just need to step up her character. Honestly, Laurel has the potential to be so awesome! She's the canary from the comics and Katie honestly looks badass kicking ass so they need to hurry up and give her a good storyline. Hopefully with the recent addition of JR Ramirez as Ted Grant, that'll get things moving! Great panel! Can't wait for the other shows as well.

I really love the camaraderie between the four leads. Obviously Stephen and Grant have known each other for a while and get along well, but it was also nice to see the little interactions between Stephen/Ben, Matt/Ben and Matt/Stephen that show that these guys already get along (after knowing each other for such a short amount of time)!!!
Also, I loved that the moderator tried to ask almost everyone a question because it's always awkward when 1 or 2 people out of a 6 - 8 people panel aren't asked anything, but they have to sit there for an hour anyway...
I'm LOVING all four shows and can't wait for new episodes to return in 2015.

Felcity has really blooms into a beautiful woman she has this magical charisma and appeal. When you look at her you will be drawn to her. Physical beauty is in the beholder of the eye very subjective but Charisma is another thing.

I love all these shows, but Constantine really hooked me because Matt Ryan IS John Constantine. The other leads are fantastic, but Matt blew me away. Now, this whole hating on Katie thing really bothers me. I'm actually really excited about where her character is going. I loved Sara too, but we all knew she wasn't the actual Black Canary. It isn't Katie 's fault the writers took the character in a weird direction, but now they seem to be redeeming that. Also, her not wanting Stephen to take his shirt off was probably because it was a ridiculous request that he clearly did not want to do. Everyone else pressured him. And that makes her a horrible person? I will just say, I enjoy all these shows and actors, so keep up the good work!

If it is then that's fine, but not liking Laurel and hating Katie are two separate things. Katie is a good actress, Laurel was poorly written.

not really i love her character 'laurel' it's strong, fearless, she faces her problem alone most of time in season 1 her character was really good but in season 2 there was just felicity stuff but honestly she's much prettier than the other girls in arrow
Tani Khurana As a dude I find most female characters prettier than Katie: Willa Holland, Celina Jade, Summer Glau, Katrina Law, Caity Lotz..... As for season 2, the whole Laurel arc was completely nonsensical, and if you took out her scenes most episodes would miss much, maybe even gain some. Like Kaity on Supernatural but here she doesn't fit for me, and her story is boring (esp when compared to Sara and her LoA atoryline). Agree that this show has too much Felicity atm and the shippers are driving me nuts :/

Smallville was amazing, I just felt like it ran too long for some people, hence the negativity you sometimes see surrounding it. I stuck with it through all 10 seasons, and I loved where it begun and finished; that being said, they could have condensed it down a bit more, and the key thing I hated most was that I really wanted to like Chloe from the start but it took like 3 seasons for her to find out Clark's secret and that's only when she became likeable for me.
I could say that it's the same with Laurel in Arrow, however I do really love Iris' character and she hasn't found out Barry's secret identity yet. So I don't know if it was the actress or if it was just the circumstances.
But Smallville really is a legend in superhero tv history.
Since Tom Welling absolutely refuses to wear the Superman costume (hence his not wearing it in the series finale and Superman being played by Brandon Routh and Henry Cavill in the movies), there's zero chance of any SMALLVILLE revival. You might get Clark Kent/Superman as a guest star on SUPERGIRL, but it'll be a different actor in the part.
Reid Mason Tom Welling has done almost nothing since Smallville. If his acting career keeps going the way it's going then I'm sure at some point he would be happy enough to say "give me the cape ! ".

I kind of feel a little sorry for Stephen cause he is the only one who was asked to show the fans his body. Grant Gustin did not get up and show his abs to the audience and neither did Matt Ryan to make it seem fair to even the odds.

To all the actors and actresses of all these DC shows... you're doing good. First time in it seems like forever that I enjoy watching the shows. My favorite. Flash. The Barry Allen character is human.. 'real' and you can identify with him in many ways. Constantine' my second, as I love seeing the evil that is permeating in the world get their a**es kicked back to hell. These are ALL great shows!
