The only thing you can do is to either love him and stay or love yourself and leave. You leaving him will obviously be challenging, you will miss him and wish that he chooses you over her. Sad really that people can be so evil. My mother suffered "Isichitho" now that i think about it, she once told me that my Dad was having an affair with this other lady who ended up being my fathers wife because my Dad kicked mom out of the house and my brother and I were raised by my partenal grandparents. So when i was a few months old the side chick also gave birth to my sister we are almost the same age, my Dad would not even come inside the house and say "kunuka amasimba" meaning he smelled feaces in the house where they wasnt any, and to a point where my Dad denied me being His child, he wouldnt even hold me..so the schitho worked because my parents were seperated and this lady is now my fathers wife
