The only organised events I went to were organised by the coalition who put on the free parties as well, so generally entry was free. Apart from World Dance at the Dome, I went to that but we don't talk about it... Still do a few things each year but it's mainly restricted to Carnival and a few small local things when my knees, back and most importantly my head can take it. It's fun at the time but the following couple of weeks are getting harder and harder to manage, every year.

However on discovering THIS on 'The Best Of Hardcore' Low Price Music comps, I soonsoftened that attitude. Who cares if 'In Complete Darkness' steals a huge part offa Rollo. That was one of the plus points of rave music, the pilfering!!!

I was there. This was a time of change in the rave scene. Hardcore was getting faster, more darker, with an underlying sinister edge to it. Where as, some people wanted it to stay happy and housy. And thats when it went its seperate ways.

But only went to jungle events till it morphed into dnb and lost its way a bit. So moved onto speed garage then back to dnb when it found it's way again and ukg got too grimey with all the wannabees.
