The thing is that he is nailing all the people he portrays, and in every detail, from mannerisms to their quirks and their tiny little faults they might have, its crazy how well he can portray them. He also does slightly mock the person, but its always well made and not offensive.

@@TTMHEST Hallo, hier geht es um den Vergleich. Nicht mehr und nicht weniger. Jim Carey hat viele Leute imitiert, das macht Max Giermann auch. Natürlich besser als Carey, aber man kann schon darauf hinweisen, dass er unser Bester ist. Tee trinken und Ruhe bewahren, Danke.
you should google some pictures/clips of the people, he does imitations. then you see how similar he is to them in looks and expressions.

In Germany we probably get on first sight, if it's him or the original, but he's still 100% nailing it every single time.
But I have to admit... I really struggle, when he's doing Torsten Sträter, although Torsten is by-far my most favorite comedian. 😂

You are very impressed by how many different characters Max Giermann can portray. I don't know if you know all the people he parodies. If not, you would certainly be even more impressed if you saw how closely he parodies the original, both the appearance and the language/speech rhythm and all the gestures. There are two series in which he shone with his talent, "switch" and "sketch history".
By the way, there were a couple of parodies missing from the post, I certainly haven't seen Yoko Ono.
If you want to see more of him LOL Last one laughing of Bully Herbig, he is guest in several seasons. English subtitles are available. Really worth watching. Had fun nice video,
it would even be better if you could see the person he is impersonating in comparison - the accuracy he achieves is amazing/impressive, especially with his voice!!
