Morissette's vocal arsenal is quite impressive; besides the intentional vocal breaks (squeaks to some), grunts, and growls you hear that she places them meticulously in the right spots of the song, she also is able to do whistle notes and her whistles are out of this world. (Mariah Carey is her musical influence and inspiration. Morissette covers her songs as well as songs of Beyonce, Ariana Grande, Whitney Houston, Miley Cyrus, Demi Lovato, Katy Perry, and the list goes on.) She is probably one of the very few who can whistle while her mouth is closed! Whether my recommendation or someone else, it doesn’t matter, I’m just glad that you finally got to hear our own Asia’s Phoenix, Ms. Morissette Amon. As far as other songs that you’ve requested, the list is too long. Although, she has a few original songs, listening to her doing covers will sound as if she’s the original singer. So, at this point, it really doesn’t matter if she’s singing one of her originals or covers.

Been patiently waiting for this day. Subbed when you covered EZ Mil and thought, I can't wait til he gets to Morrisette. Your subs will blow up. She has crazy-mad fans. This woman sings so many genres and all spectacularly. Her originals are 'Akin Ka Na Lang'( over 131 million views ), 'Naririnig Mo Ba' and just released this past December and February, two music videos, 'Love You Still' and 'Phoenix'. Her Wish Bus performances are epic. Her quarantine videos are amazing. There's Mariah Carey's 'Fly Like A Bird', 'Resignation' (sung in English, Tagalog, and Korean). She does a mashup of 'Moon River/Usuhay'. She covers Beyonce, Celine, Diana, Demi Lovato and so many more. She Raps, sings R&B, Pop, Jazz, Broadway, and even Worship songs. She has so many out there you wouldn't get 'em done in a month going 24/7. She is off the charts talented. Oh and her 2017 Asia Song Festival is unbelievable.

When Mori does covers of other songs, she kills it. But when she comes out with an original song, it's so much tailored exclusively to her style, it's very hard to cover in a way that will outdo her rendition. There's a rumor (yeah ok; probably JUST a joke) of someone who was rushed to the hospital due to breathing problems. The patient apparently tried to sing Mori's "Akin Ka Na Lang" exactly like Mori did... but ran out of breath and fainted! 😁

Mori is fantastic! She can sing anything and make it her own. When performing in South Korea she switched to Korean in one of her songs. The audience went crazy. She is so talented!
