    I loved the last bit when you asked how it was for the swimmers and when you added the last 25m. That's what a good video includes so I can see how the routine feels for other swimmers.
    Ive got to go work on my dolphin kick now 😊

    This session is an example of a classic textbook for all levels depending on your personal strength. I always try my uttermost to aim for underwater dolphin kick 15m, although I couldn't at the moment at least I must do 15 kicks.

    That was amazing, I felt like beeing with you in the pool. That's exactly what I need to work on next!

    Thanks for the video. Could you have an underwater video that shows common mistakes in doing the dolphin kicks and how to correct them? e.g. bending knees too much, or the butts too high 😆

    I tried a couple of dolphin kicks / butterfly strokes today, the body is like a whip and it works, but the lower back 😖Will the lower back pain go away with more training ?

    • @seiti1
      @seiti1 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Yes, when you improve your technique and gain strength, the pain goes away.

      @@seiti1I went to swim again and literally during that session, the pain was gone, I didn’t exaggerate the kick amplitude then though😊 so you were right, thanks🙏

    Underwater dolphin kick is one of my favorite things to do in the pool, but this gym's coach wouldn't let me do it. I got sad and ditched her.
