The worst customer experience I have ever had regarding their dishwasher. Still waiting for a part seven weeks later. Disgusting how no one know s what is going on.

I’m from Kolkata I have a 6 year old Bosch washing machine that is not working properly. the technician came and serviced one pouch and charged INR1600, online this costs only INR100. The problem is still not solved, terrible service. And very inconvenient.
