Cool video, this got me wondering, I haven't seen any flight combos (staircase) with flight characters like in mvci, are staircase combos a new thing that started in mvci?
Some characters in UMVC3 can do it, like Magneto/Doctor Doom/Storm, but most characters can't because in UMVC3 only a few have the ability to cancel an air normal into a dash (even if they can fly)... In MVCI they allowed everyone who has an air dash to cancel air normals into air dash, so it allows pretty much anyone who can fly + air dash to do these staircase combos
@@OneHeroes ok I see, I'm guessing Phoenix or trish can't then right? I mean I really didn't like flight characters because of that honestly I wasn't interested in doing flight combos but in mvci if you didn't use them you weren't using your character to his full potential.
@@brandontyler9278 Yes, Phoenix and Trish can't do the starcase loops... For real, in MVCI if you wanna play a Flying character, learning that is almost a MUST to play the character optimally

I can't believe this game is almost 12 years old and people are still playing it, finding tech for it, starting to play it, modding it,have tourneys etc. any other game this age is forgotten or at least not played as much, fgc don't play this game for nostalgia, fgc plays this game because it's so awesome. I wish mod characters came to ps4/5 lol.

You have to play Heroes and Heralds mode online and choose a team (either Heroes or Heralds)... You're gonna be playing for that team and if your team wins by the end of the week, you'll get herald costume for your characters... If you select Heroes you get Herald costume for Capcom Characters, if you select Heralds you get Herald costume for Marvel characters...

Yes, some supers do more damage if you mash attack buttons
hot combos. it's slightly depressing though. lemme just spend 4 meter to kill when we got zero the mf hero out here doing the same thing for just 25 percent the cost
trish having no real OTG is the only thing limiting it really
