I love this built! So classy and dark, perfect for such an iconic character like Vlad. Wow! This is PERFECT! Vlad's home build was desperate for an upgrade and you did him justice. A build like this takes time, so I would never want you to rush you building something like this. I got your response on the other video, and I'm surprised that I did not get the notification on youtube. I don't know why vampires can't have mirrors? I'm sure they can see themselves, but others can't see them. LOL!

love your videos and iv actually heard that the reason vampires couldn't see them selves was because old mirrors were made wit sliver backings so they would be able to see there reflection in a modern mirror

How mean of people to get angry of you by placing mirrors into YOUR build... I am still playing The Sims 3 (never got used to The Sims 4) and I'm creating a vampire family/clan very soon. I have been planning on building a beautiful, enormous mansion for them, your build in this video is just so incredibly gorgeous and it has given me lots of inspiration! Of course I'm not able to build anything that is even nearly as good as this but I'll try my best to do my best 😂 Thank you for this video and I will check out the other builds too!

Monika, this is an incredible and detailed build that suits the world and Vlad perfectly! I love the great hall with the pipe organ and Vlads third floor sanctuary! Finding and procuring so the CC you used was a major scavenger hunt! I finally got all but one item... What item could that be?? Needle in a haystack! I watched the video again and realized I was missing the Large Louis XVI Candlestick in the kitchen. Now it's built, it's CC archived and I'll see how it plays in vampire land! Thank you so so so much! By the way, your English is so much better than many native speakers!

Oh wow you need to spend a lot of time finding all the cc! Impressing! I know it's a year past by now, but maybe you can help me. I tried to place down the lot and it always deletes the gothic arches at the front door. The 3x1 arches I think they are from felixandre, but I am not 100% sure especially cause they have in my game another name than in the video ("Felixandre Gothic Arch Short" in my Game, and "Gothic Arch 3x1" in the video but they look exactly the same and I even couldn't find another version with this name on the internet).
I am very frustrated now especially cause I can't place the other ones like Monika does without Tool mod (they are either too big or too small while sizing up with the bg keyboard shortcuts) and I am a little bit overhelmed by the tool mod tbh. 😅
English isn't my Native Language so sorry for some mistakes or misunderstandings 😅
Oh I think I figured it out! At some point Felixandre renamed his stuff for a better organized system. The Problem is now, that the objects are still the same, but for the game they are different just because of renaming the objects. So every time Monika woud upload one of Felixandres older Objects they will disappear now, because the game cannot recognize them. I don´t know if you @Simsphony are up to update these cc for future buildings (I could understand if not) but I just wanted to mention this issue for you and perhaps other players who might be confused why Objects are still missing although they downloaded everything on your CC list!

As per the candles, I think traditionally, vampires can only die by wooden stake to the heart, beheading, and by fire. But I mean, humans can die by fire too and we might put candles all over too haha hopefully he's got good insurance

Personally, I LOVE to use loads of mirrors in my vampire builds regardless because I think it adds to the creepy factor. Originally, vampires were said to be weak to silver and mirrors used to be made with it, which is why they were so expensive and also what started the belief vampires don’t have reflections. I find it so interesting and fun to mix very new looking mirrors made from modern techniques in which vampires could see themselves, then throw a few older looking mirrors in the mix so that if a human visits they might catch one missing reflections and be really freaked out trying to figure out if it was a trick of the light or if it was real. I love creepy stuff, basically 😅

I dont know how many knows this, but Vlad is partially named after one of, if not THE most famous vampire in the game Dungeons and Dragons. Awesomely enough this build actually resembles his castle, castle Ravenloft, a lot! Just needs a tower with a giant heart in it and you are set!

I would love to do actual gameplay in a house like this but I often find that despite how beautiful it looks it's not functional for gameplay.

Does anyone know where to get the arch around the door or the “Berlin caryatid” at? I’ve have downloaded everything listed and still seem to be missing those items. I love love this build and just had to have it for Vlad! Absolutely love all your builds, I’ve been making my way through your videos and I just love watching your creativity! ❤❤
I think it's the same one as the ones around the courtyard. I placed it with the T.O.O.L mod, and I believe the game removed it because of the platform or something like that 😭😭😭 I'm so sorry 😞❤️❤️❤️

I would recommend you to download tray file from the description. You need to download cc from the Tumbler post 😁
18:49 my Vampire family stretches over 1000 game days or years lol. and gots about 11 members in different homes, they got a huge estate, but all the homes are more or less. Normal looking too. with the kitchens and wot not. ( I tend to imagine they try to fit in and maybe they COOK for their DINNER lol hahaha

Which of Felixandre’s mods have that window structure? The one you used on the front of the mansion-with the almost upside down heart design I can’t find it in my mod load up 😢

The stairs might not be working because of the railing you put on. It works perfectly fine, if the staircase is 2 wide, but not when single. Had the same problem.

Are the crypts accessible from the house cause if so then it's perfect or adding the coffin at the end of the bed like how a sofa would. There's a word for that piece of furniture but I can't remember it right now

Yes it is! If I were you I would watch original tutorials from Twisted Mexi. He has his own channel here on YT. It's confusing at first but like with any other tool you need to practice to perfect it. ❤️🥰

Hi! I'm so sorry but I can't do that. Most of this build is made with a cc that is a patreon exclusive and I can't give it for free. Also I paid it 😅 Second I lost a hour and a half to only make a list of the cc that you need for this. I know it takes some time but if it's worth for you you will find it. And also if there would be a possibility for me to upload 3 - 4 gbs for one build I would need to pay that space and I'm not making a real money in here. I'm really sorry but you'll need to find it by yourself. If you like my builds the best solution will be to download everything from the creators that I'm using since I'm using all of their content.
