There is a rack/mounting aluminum piece that u fix on the back of the wheelchair, got the same distance as the footrest. And u just lock it up on your back when u don't need it.. example u use it to your grocery store and shop without it.. It's a awesome thing for people who run their activ wheelchairs bye themselves..
YAAAY quad knobs!!! I love them and use them religiously. They are making a comeback in 2021!!! Your foot rest is WAY too low to the ground...has anyone ever told you that? Your chair should be higher up. Who measured it for you?

Been wanting one for yrs. Active para here for almost 22 yrs. JUst wish they werent 500 bucks. Would love to be able to machine out the assembly if i had the know how.

Does it go up and down curbs easily without having to pop a wheelie?
This model was one of the earlier prototypes, so would be better to find out from someone using a newer model.
Does it maneuver in the Snow as well as in the Grass?
This user never tried to navigate in snow, so we can't say, I hope you find the answer from another user!
So, um, the only way to store this thing is to get your trousers dirty?
