Good for the conditions but I hate to think some of those cylinders will last with optional sand impregnation and lack of precision in the cylinders. Made me cringe banging the flanges into the dirt floor just after turning.
That is why old cylinders made in the USA on the old tractors still don't leak to this day and you buy one these and they leak in 2 years, it's all about tolerance's and retooling, sharp tools make the difference.

People beleive in working themselves so these bricks arelaid by them although they do not know the brick laying work apart from basics plus its a dirty work so having beautiful workshop in Pakistan is jot a thing lots of grease and all the parts and all but go check there houses you will see the craftsmanship there i am a Pakistani middle class houses are well made as well with character in them workshop is place to get dirty get ur hands dirty and place of work not a place to get comfortable and enjoy
one two three viva pakistan from algeria bravo yo are heros and god bless you

Great works. All Turner's doing excellent work.
Pleas wear safety glasses. Protect ur eye's.
Thanks
These guys are excellent engineers when you consider what they are working with...total respect from me!!
i m proud of my brothers in pakistan big salut from morocco wa allahu akbar

Great job 👍👌 . Keep it up .
3:20 has got to be the best weld I’ve ever seen from a stick. What a skill!
Thanks for watching 😊
You can train a 6-year-old kid to lay down a world like that with 7024 rod. It will make an absolutely beautiful low penetrating high strength weld on the POS AC welding machine there running those things on.
Amazing job!!! GREETINGS FROM GUATEMALA, CENTRAL AMERICA
Pretty amazing how hard they work, I can't imagine the number of injuries and lung cancers they endure. Anyhow, that's the way it is there and my respect. I was waiting for the final cleaning and assemble in the "clean room".......
That where they sweep the loose dirt up...put a little used motor oil down? 😁
Cancer?
"clean room" nah.. what harm can a little bit of grit doing a hydraulic cylinder?
"...Anyhow, that's the way it is there..." So f-'em, right?
Overall, this is a highly informative and enjoyable video for anyone interested in engineering. It showcases your talent and expertise while providing valuable insights and inspiration to fellow enthusiasts. Keep up the great work, and I look forward to watching more of your content in the future 👍👍👍
I know. I wasn't going to comment, because these guys are doing the best they can, but quality? No thanks. There's a reason we pay more for quality engineering, and that is evident in these processes. As a contrast, take a look at this guy's work: th-cam.com/video/UwNDqiuhK58/w-d-xo.html
It’s fun to count the number of times Joe Pie would wince and go Oooh! If he saw these cylinders being made.
I’m sure he would compliment them for getting the job done in their own way
It's amazing how these work at all, the way the pieces are thrown around in the dirt.
very cool...never seen honing done like that before....lot of patience....and time to smoke while welding.
Excelente trabalho e produto! Parabéns!
Beautiful video! Thumbs up
Great job done! Worth following and admiring. However, it is better not to wear the flip-flops at work, especially when welding.
Hello, I love watching your video you are professional, you work with machine that are tired; and in addition you work without glove,. I say bravos it's not like home in France, apart from being the craftsman, good luck. :)
The guys stick welds look better than most peoples MIG's and he's doing it with a dart hanging out of his hand.

Wow! I need a lathe like that. I found a 100 year old lathe in a shed behind a guy's house and bought it but the guy had gotten rid f all the tooling so I am going to have to make it all or find it somewhere. Great video. These guys are so talented!!
modern tooling will work with old lathes. the fun bit will be getting lathe chucks to fit depending how your chuck mounts to the spindle.
@@chrisforgan731 Thank you. You are welcome to come help my friend....

Hi yes, that's work, great performance from
to you . With whatever tools and machines you have.
Top .
Greetings from Germany . Greetings Kale
Nice job there and without safety equipment like steel toed shoes, gloves, eye shields or some heavy duty work clothing.

I have very wast exp experience of hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic system, l really amaze the cylinder munfactured up to high
grade standard without adopted
most modern machine or setup in Pakistan.
And specially what a beautiful welding beat joining flang like a continue welding machine.
If it take the x ray even,Lt would
be hundred percent.👍
Only one thing l observe front
Out flange was not so finish or
Well machined, otherwise all parts, cylinder bore, piston cylinder shaft up to the standard.
Well done, keep it up .this will grow industrial revolution in Pakistan.
I have no more hats to offer. Great work.
Very interesting work !
Do this hydraulic jack use in agriculture land or something else?
Ali T. These would be more accurately described as hydraulic tipping rams for trailers etc.
They aren't jacks, they are rams
Thankyou for your video sir.
You made valueable video.
Thankyou for worker also, you all very skill full. I hope you can get a reward that is comparable to your amazing work
