I’m proud of your work.
These guys are pretty dang amazing. We should look at getting them and air tools like impacts and air wratchets for all the bolt and nut tightening though then they would be able to do more with less effort
Excelente trabalho e produto! Parabéns!
It's amazing how these work at all, the way the pieces are thrown around in the dirt.
That is some damn good welding!
Pretty amazing how hard they work, I can't imagine the number of injuries and lung cancers they endure. Anyhow, that's the way it is there and my respect. I was waiting for the final cleaning and assemble in the "clean room".......
That where they sweep the loose dirt up...put a little used motor oil down? 😁
Cancer?
"clean room" nah.. what harm can a little bit of grit doing a hydraulic cylinder?
"...Anyhow, that's the way it is there..." So f-'em, right?
very cool...never seen honing done like that before....lot of patience....and time to smoke while welding.
The guys stick welds look better than most peoples MIG's and he's doing it with a dart hanging out of his hand.
really impressed with these weld jobs lie i kno some dudes over here in the states that cant weld that good

You know it will be quality when you can't see the floor through the dirt and exposed light bulbs hang in random places!

Throwing the final product on dirt floor made me chuckle. Amazing at what they accomplish with minimal means tho.

Even tho the working condition is shit...these guys have some really mad skills!
Good for the conditions but I hate to think some of those cylinders will last with optional sand impregnation and lack of precision in the cylinders. Made me cringe banging the flanges into the dirt floor just after turning.
That is why old cylinders made in the USA on the old tractors still don't leak to this day and you buy one these and they leak in 2 years, it's all about tolerance's and retooling, sharp tools make the difference.
I know. I wasn't going to comment, because these guys are doing the best they can, but quality? No thanks. There's a reason we pay more for quality engineering, and that is evident in these processes. As a contrast, take a look at this guy's work: th-cam.com/video/UwNDqiuhK58/w-d-xo.html
Great works. All Turner's doing excellent work.
Pleas wear safety glasses. Protect ur eye's.
Thanks

Sledgehammer assembly and some serious inclusion on the casting! Coming to the landing gear on an air India near you!
I worked in a workshop just like this in Manchester UK in the early 1970s line shaft driven lathes the lathes were all made pre world war one,
It is why the UK industry went down the drain !

@@mikecahill3186 no, he is right. lack of investment killed british industry.
I am going to go out on a limb and say it wasn't quite like this one.
I have no more hats to offer. Great work.
Great job done! Worth following and admiring. However, it is better not to wear the flip-flops at work, especially when welding.
one two three viva pakistan from algeria bravo yo are heros and god bless you
Really interesting to see the process from beginning to end.
Nice job there and without safety equipment like steel toed shoes, gloves, eye shields or some heavy duty work clothing.
Hopefully all will be changed into modern industry and you will be one of the spare part supplier to car factories
