This is positively one of the most valuable videos I've ever watched about how to dress our bodies. Many of the beautiful, classy ladies in your video who were modeling the outfits were curvy with normal, "natural" bodies. I truly appreciate and relate to that! At age 77, I've not yet reached that age where " frumpy" is okay 😂 and I DO NOT ever plan on becoming that complacent! That being said...at home with my dog, I sometimes can look a little frumpy, but not when I leave the house! Dr Christiane Northrup has a great book out titled "Goddesses Never Age." Being a woman is a privilege! ❤

I’m mature at 75! .. still have my teenage figure and weight .. and know how NOT to look frumpy at my ripe old age .. it’s simple .. keep an eye on fashion .. declutter your wardrobe regularly .. go for class cuts .. avoid common trends .. eg. cold shoulder tops .. YUCK! .. slashed jeans .. double YUCK!

Where do you find those beautiful ruffled skirts? Granted, I haven't looked extensively, but both Amazon and Nordstrom websites failed me....

Guess I’m shy about my pouchy stomach so I don’t tuck things in around my middle.
My problem and always has been whether I was a size 6 or 14. I have no waist. I feel I look terrible with a belt or tops tucked in because my waist is too large. So example now my measurements r 45 41 45. When I was thin I was 34 30 34. So what can I do not to look frumpy? I am now age 72 and tho I look 50 with great skin and virtually no wrinkles my body’s shape is what it is. Please suggest for me. Ty

All us small size 0-2 are groaning. It's almost impossible to find adult clothes that actually fit.
Women after 40-50 usually don't wear such high heels like these professional models wear for photo sessions. It's unrealistic. Also they are all tall, what about petite women?

Do you know how many women NRVER wear skirts and dresses? You mostly left them out.
Overs zed has been a huge and recurrent trend for ever. The BF blazer, the husband blazer and we’ve go sophisticated rules on this stuff, like Big, slim, skin, etc. I guess this isn’t aimed at ppl who love fashion and are into it. It’s more for novices. But such rigidity can limit you.

Best way to look younger is to keep weight down -- not like most of these plus-size "models."

How somebody can recommend style with such bad taste in clothing and horrible heely shoes! A lot of women over 40 have no waist and wearing belts look ridiculous! The best advice is to promote a good diet and exercise to be able to have a thin and good figure to wear nice clothing and age gracefully!
We all have unique tastes in fashion! Just to clarify, my channel focuses on outfits and styling tips for women of all shapes and sizes, because everyone deserves to feel confident and beautiful in what they wear.
I believe style is about embracing your unique features and expressing yourself authentically through fashion.
So whether you are slim, curvy, or plus size I believe in dressing for the body you have and not the body you wish you had. While belts might not be everyone's cup of tea, I believe there are many ways to embrace personal style regardless of body shape.
And you're absolutely right about the importance of a healthy lifestyle-diet and exercise can indeed help us feel confident and age gracefully.
