That first dressing looks and sounds great but I feel like cabbage (slaw form) would be a better choice due to crunch and longer life. Lettuce wilts too quickly. Cabbage is MADE for this. Also, an amazing tip: Put the bread under the broiler with the garlic butter for a few minutes, and then again once the cheese is on the bread. Get it toasty and melty and THEN add the cold cuts and slaw. It would be AMAZING!

I have a couple of tips just to make life easier for you; Instead of saying 1/4 you can just say a quarter That imitation crab meat is MUCH easier to shred if you just twist it beforehand, it kind of separates the strands and then you can just dice it into little tiny squares
