This version took me a while to complete. After 4 or 5 revisions, this CD player was disassembled on the Volkswagen central control. The sound effect of multimedia speakers is very shocking, compatible with mobile phones, SD cards, and U disks. This is not a toy. It will become an important tool for me. It doesn't look bad and it works. But there are critical mistakes in the sound design.
- The box is not built air tight, especially around the head unit. The bass reflex can't work properly. Also the ports are not calculated, so nobody knows, if the frequencies work correct.
- You have to separate the speakers from the head unit. Now it only creates distortions.
- You also have to separate the left and right channel from each other, to create a stereo effect.
- Add a frequency filter, make it a 2-Way system and it will sound much better.
- The most critical point are your tweeters. They don't even have a capacitor, which means they play full-range and will blow up very soon.
