Great first video sir. Keep them coming. I also have been a fan of the 1911 platform for a long, long time. I had an introduction to the 1911 in the Marine Corps in the late 60’s. My first duty gun was a revolver in the mid 70’s before we switched to Colt 1911’s soon afterwards. Been shooting and carrying them ever since. I’ve strayed to the dark side (Glock) once or twice but always came back to my first love, the 1911. PS, check your barrel/bushing tightness with the slide forward. Most barrels flair slightly at the muzzle for a tight lock up.
@@maxmccain8950 thank you good sir. It’s all tricked out now and I hope to be doing a video on all the new internals but I’m trying to wait till the new life gets here
@01:11 You have a loaded mag that you just pulled out and didn’t verify the empty chamber before pulling the trigger. That’s a huge problem. Please develop safer handling skills before someone gets hurt.
@@AriePharmD Ik it wasn’t chambered bc i literally stuck that mag in right before the video started so no there is no problem … some people I swear. My gun handling skills are just fine. Go whine elsewhere.
Good job. I really can't say too much because I really couldn't hear hardly I definitely don't have the best hearing.. but you might want to think about turning up your volume on ur end but other than that great video.......
