Aw when you said you could eat at Pret every day, it reminded me of when my daughter was in intensive care for weeks when she was born. I was at the hospital every day all day. St George's in Tooting didn't have the best food options but they had a Pret. I ate there every day for weeks and it was quite comforting during a very difficult time ❤

It helps distract and encourage me whilst I’m eating dinner and I’ll forever be thankful to you for that ☺️
Do you watch Helena Rose? They have a similar vibe and she makes recovery videos and eats fear foods( in a very non triggering way) these girls really sealed in my recovery and I will always love them for it
