Lock files are not getting deleted telling file is open in system

@@KSA-ii6gy Kill the AndroidStudio, adb.exe and emulator.exe process from Task Manager and try deleting the lock files outside of android studio (Go to C:\Users\"SYSTEM_USER"\.android\avd\). Mail me at [e-mail] if the problem still exist.
