I can only imagine how it must smell in there. Heavenly. I tried making this, btw and ended up with a solid plate of ultra-intensive apple aroma. It wasn't spreadable anymore, but very tasty. Bit too sour, like sour apple candy. It's strange this recipe isn't known in some regions that grow mainly apples today. I live in an area where you can buy only stroop, but not applestroop. Despite the main fruit trees here being tenthousands of apple- and peartrees.

Ik heb niet gezien waar die fruitrn gwast hebt?
Hoeft denk ik niet bij biologische teelt die daarna zo ingekookt wordt maar vaak worden ze op grote gesorteerd middels een bad.
Mooi om te zien, dit filmpje zou meer bekeken moeten zijn. Als expat zijnde ga ik hierna mijn pannen met appels en peren aanzetten.
Ondertitels? Versta d'r vrij weinig van.
