I haven't studied in FAST Lahore so I can not tell you anything about that sorry, but I can tell you one thing that here in Karachi there is more opportunities in the ways of job. Moreover all i have heard is that the faculty of Lahore is more better than Karachi and the location of university is far away from normal areas. That's all i can tell you but if you somehow manage to study here then your job is satisfied.
The admission fee is 15,000 PKR and the semester fee is 6,700 PKR per credit hour (each semester has 17 credits so the final total fee is 113,900 PKR per semester). Further more if you are not stable enough then university give Interest free LOAN to students.
