Both these woman are absolutely elite. Sundells check left hook was on point, Alycia came hard for that title she once had and wanted it. Great fight. Awesome to be able to see these warriors. Top class.

Uhh, what an honor to witness Smilla Sundell fight today, she's absolutely beast and still the queen of her weight class, a well deserved win and an awesome performance.
I believed in Allycia's victory. She fought very well, unfortunately she was overcome. Great fight, one of the best in One Championship. I thought that after the first round Allycia's corner lacked a little intelligence because it was clearly recommended that she stop exchanging and look for the glinch, so she stopped striking but while exchanging blows she was managing to land and hurt the Swedish fighter a lot, it doesn't matter how much she took blows because she was hitting Smilla a lot too. Allycia was unable to be superior in the glinch using a lot of energy and Smilla grew in combat by having more stamina. I'm sad about the defeat of the Brazilian warrior, I really believed in her victory, but in this event the Swedish fighter, who is very tough, was superior due to Allycia's recommendation to stop exchanging blows and look for the glinch. I know that Allycia could be knocked out but I know that she could knock out Smilla too so I thought it was a mistake to give up on the exchange of blows as Allycia was managing to land very significant blows to her opponent's face and body. The Swedish fighting range is really impressive, its reach gives it a lot of advantage, it is also strong and very tough, truly a monster in the category. Allycia tried to make history by winning two belts in the organization but she didn't succeed but she fought well and was a great warrior against a fighter who has a lot of advantage due to her height and reach as well as having excellent and sharp Muay Thai. I congratulate Allycia for being such a tough woman who recovered from this defeat, takes good care of her health and comes back even stronger to defend her title and seek more victories wherever she is. Congratulations, Smilla really is a great talent, she really is a very tough woman who just has to evolve and become a true monster, one who is almost unbeatable in the world of fighting, she is a Nordic fighter with privileged physical attributes, very talented , well trained, violent, fast, agile, strong, energetic and fights with great joy even in the middle of a hurricane. The victory against Allycia Rodrigues greatly enhances the present and future of Smilla Sundel, this is my opinion, she will be a true terror in divisions where she feels very comfortable, in fact she is already a terror, a brilliant fighter. But once I congratulate Allycia on the fight. The world of fighting is like that, it's a game where you win and lose, but I know that Allycia is the one who stands out among the winners and champions. Brazil loves you Allyçona 💪🇧🇷
She had no advantage in the glinch. I even found it dangerous because, due to its size and reach, Smillia could have fatally kneed Allycia in the head. Thank God that didn't happen. Going for the Glinch was a good way to breathe and score points with knees, but Smilla had an even greater advantage in the grappling fight as her body wrapped around Allycia's in a more controlled way. Smilla's body advantage was a great asset, even though Allycia has an excellent(shape)strong body.
LMFAO. Alycia knew she had not chance if not closing distance. Smilla better used her reach advantage near the end of round 1. And, their blows might not hold the same weight. The bigger body might mean more mass to absorb the hit and the power to hit harder. Rodtang said Smilla's fists were seriously strong.
@@leagueofbatatinhafrita9075 she acutally said in a postanalys that she hold back on the knees to the head because she didnt want to hurt her opponents face 😊

I like Allycia, but the young "Sweedish Hurricane" is in a class of her own! It will be a very long while before someone that can take away that belt comes along. Kudos Smilla Sundell!
Smilla is an unstoppable force... Allycia fought hard and got some good hits in early on but ultimately Smilla's reach advantage and brutal aggression were just too much.
The size difference between the two fighters is huge. Are they really the same class? Allycia is the more skillful fighter. Nothing to take away from Simila but her physical advantage allowed her to win the fight. Allycia is a real beast.
Allycia is great, yes. That third round strategy of trying to close distance at all cost was a disaster. Getting hammered coming in and then going on to get the worst of it while in the clinch. I think she was punch drunk for most of the round really. Great effort, though.

But then again she went completely toe to toe in the third, and wore out Alycia at her own game.
She's always doing this stupidity. Dunno why! She has a piston jab that hurts, great left hook and left liver shots in her arsenal. Nice right straight as well. Her kick game is excellent! So why not keep her opponent at bay by Jab-Jab setting up 1-2 and kicking from range.
She literally should start playing sniper style with that reach advantage and only start closing in to pocket and clinch atleast after mid second round.
@@redeyexxx1841 LOL I agree with you However I think even with all her training and game plans, she relies on her instincts, and is exceptional at solving fight dilemmas on the fly in real time! She is something special!!

@aizacastillo9951 , yeah, I used to think the same. Obviously, Allisia thought she could beat her ,so she took the fight. Are you familiar with Superlek? He changed my mind . He fought a giant and, with Superlek skills, beat him. So yeah, in this sport, anything can happen! Have a blessed day! 😊
This was a beautiful fight. I was rooting for Allycia, but Smilla is truly a hurricane. I'd like to see Rodrigues vs Buntan next if she decides to stay in this division.
Smilla is one of those fighters hat's really frustrating to meet, what ever you come up with she knows how to counter it and work thru it. She's so well rounded and well trained.
The size difference here was so much more extreme than I thought it was going into the fight. I had Rodrigues, but I think if I had realized what a shocking differential she was going to be fighting at, I would have tempered my expectations. Tough fight to watch.
I give my respect to Rodriguez, I am a Fairtex/Smailla Fan and looked at this fight as Mike Tyson (Rodriguez) vs anyone else match and Rodriguez is as tough and as talented as one can be, she just ran into a shy skinny little chopstick that can bring it..Smilla is 18 and if she never wins another fight she will be remembered
Rodriguez was landing more damage before she got rocked in rd 1. Sundell was growing a hematoma from Rodriguez's elbows in the clinch and the body punches were putting in work.
This fight just proves why weight classes exist. Rodriguez is a natural atom weight. Sundell is bigger and stronger and that's what won the fight. The amount of good hits Sundell received in the first two rounds would have put every atom weight in serious trouble. Rodriguez has nothing to be ashamed off and defenetly is just as if not more skilled. And for all those who say Rodriguez is just a worst fighter, I would love to see Sundell go up in weight and fight someone half a head bigger and stronger
Don't think there are many particularly good strikers much bigger than Smilla for her to fight. In interviews it sounds like she mostly stays at 125 because there's still a decent amount of opponents there. She could probably beef up a lot of she wanted to but then there's nobody to fight and getting back down again would be hell.
@@zneezer That is very possible, but it's still ridiculous to call Rodriguez a worse fighter because of the loss. Unless Sundell can fight and win under a same challenge, so bigger and stronger fighter... you can't call her better. Sundell won because she is stronger so can hit harder and can take more damage. The amount of good hits she got from Rodriguez would have put every Atomweight down or in serious trouble. Rodriguez isn't any less skilled, quite the opposit, it's amazing how well she did against a much bigger and stronger opponent
@@JuliaJuanaAlvarez Rodriguez fought very well. She might even be more skilled, hard to tell as Smilla fought this one worse than she usually does, way too aggressive. Smilla has another tool other than the obvious size though and that's cardio. I don't think anyone can match her pace in a 5 round fight, you have to hurt/stop her. She threw a ridiculous amount of strikes in this one and wasn't slowing down. As for who is better, that's for the future to show, whoever does better at their weight over time. I won't hold Rodriguez moving up and losing against her.
@@zneezer Yeah for me that fight perfectly showed why weight classes are there in the first place. The body difference was just to much to where her hits didn't do the same amount of damage like they would on an atomweight. I would bet if she fought Stamp or Todd that day and would have hit the same, she would have gottan a 3rd round tko. I'm actually only bothered by how Rodriguez is treated now by people here. She lost because of the body advantages that came from Sundells heigher class, not because she is a worse fighter
If Sumilla pulls a Lomachencko and studies strictly boxing, how he did dance for his footwork, to increase da effectiveness of her already truly superior striking ability- I don't see how she can be beat fam. It's prolly likely she watches some bit of boxing, but at 18 puttin' together punches and settin' traps for body shots like she is without it as her main discipline is honestly mad impressive. She built different, different.
Awesome fighter at a young age. With her size, speed, stamina and skill and strength I don't think anyone at this time is going to topple her. Smilla will reign for a very long time. Congrats to both fighters. Alecia is also an outstanding fighter but the new champ was too powerful.
For some reason One hasn't updated Smillas height. According to herself she is 178cm but I think she's even taller. Superbon posted a video where he and Smilla were sparring and she looked a lot taller than him, and he is supposedly 177.
0:07 looks like Allycia was confused by the 10 second notice, maybe she thought it was the round bell? Ate a nice left hook for it. I'm surprised the ref allowed for so much stalling in the clinch.
Mismatched as expected, Allycia is tough but Smilla is too damn big, even at 125 division Smilla is a giant so Allycia going up fighting her was not a right choice...One FC should find more talents maybe from Europe like Netherlands that match Smilla's size n height..otherwise it would be missmatch like this, size matters
Smilia has such a sweet, serine, soft spoken, humble and docile gentle spirit. And then the bell rings.

LOL If Smilla would not have been so exuberant in the first round running into Alycia's buzz saw and stuck to her original fight plan. Sundell might have finished it in 2.
I enjoyed watching this one ❤
Congratulations Smilla 🇸🇪. Well done both fighters. What a war!
Well done Smilla!!!
at 0:08 the first left hook, it seems Allycia stopped for a brief moment, I think she thought the 10 seconds clapping was the ring bell.
Wow @ the "BRAZILIAN"!😮 Talk about fight in the dog; the Brazilian was game, and she handled the reach & height difference well. Albeit..."much congrats" to the winner; she's the "REAL DEAL", indeed.👍👍
Love Smilla, she is so humble! And honestly, size doesn't matter. I've seen Superlek fight a tall person, and Superlek won! It just turned out Smilla is very well trained! Yay, Champion!! Smilla!
Still huge advantage height and reach. If her opponent same size as her.
Wow, Smilla är så fantastiskt bäst!
This girl is an absolute warrior. Wish she could get more fights; but I don't think many want to get in a ring w/ her.
to me.. fight of the night!
pure dominance.. (except 1°round)
Smilla is one of those fighters hat's really frustrating to meet, what ever you come up with she knows how to counter it and work thru it. She's so well rounded and well trained.
Olha o tamanho de envergadura, Allycia lutou muito, tá de parabéns!
Smilla broke her glass jaw in the end of the first round.
Congratulations Smilla you certainly got the job done 👊👊 2:49
Genetically gifted well life is unfair in general nice fight rodrigues
Vilken krigare❤ what a warrior she is
håller med dig
Smilla Monster 🔥🔥🔥
The Brazilian was extremely hard to beat. Smilla is a tough nut. She has all the moves and is extremely confident in her fights. She is scary..
Love how she said, my first rounds are slow 😳what a beast.
Making Sweden proud. Only 18 years old, so much more potential to unlock!
Smilla half Beauty half Beast!!!!!
Smilla is unbeatable!!!
Unbeatable because of her height and hand distance advantage...but if her opponent is of the same figure with her...........
Huge advantage of her height and reach. If Alicia just same height surely Alicia will win.Sundell’s victory is not so deserving.
hahahahahaha salty looser@@yolliecalyawen7454
Too bad for you. There is no height rules in fighting lol@@aizacastillo9951
Lots of shorties complaining … there there little ones
props to Rodrigues but let's not forget Smilla's literally 18 years old. I think this was a bigger test for Rodrigues than Smilla.
Great fight ,, both girls gave it their all , , jacky Buntan ,, should try fighting guys to prepare herself for rematch ,, that’s smillas edge
you nailed it at Fairtex Smilla fights guys as does Stamp. They are both friends and Stamp has really helped her
Smilla is Rodtang in the female division.
What a tough fight! I hope they go home well.
A beatdown, not a war
Yup! Smilla straight up bullied her
Rodriguez was landing more damage before she got rocked in rd 1. Sundell was growing a hematoma from Rodriguez's elbows in the clinch and the body punches were putting in work.
@@tenacminotauro9541But due to the pace Rodriguez gassed out.
@@redeyexxx1841 I think Rodriguez was doomed from the rd 1 left hook.
She's the Jon Jones of Muay Thai
She has a much more integrity and humility than Jones will ever have, he is a disgrace to MMA
Wow.🧐
That was fuckin' impressive.
That hight and reach is a serious advantage.
Am I seeing a female desilnoi beautiful knees this girl loves a firefight ima fan now congrats to One championship for make an all femal card it works
If they tell me to be home from the pub at five ,I’m coming home at four 😂
I feel like rodrigues needed the money a lot more than the young girl. Wish them both the best of life.
ONE is definitely not paying her good because she was fighting outside of ONE as well between her Stamp and Todd fight.
Awesome fighter at a young age. With her size, speed, stamina and skill and strength I don't think anyone at this time is going to topple her. Smilla will reign for a very long time. Congrats to both fighters. Alecia is also an outstanding fighter but the new champ was too powerful.
There is only 1cm difference in height between Sundell and Supergirl . It would be a good match up
No, Smilla would destroy her
You don't know that for sure.@@andersolsson1139
For some reason One hasn't updated Smillas height. According to herself she is 178cm but I think she's even taller. Superbon posted a video where he and Smilla were sparring and she looked a lot taller than him, and he is supposedly 177.
Tapology gives their height as 173 and 172 respectively @@nomusician4737
Rodrigues interview please?
Would also like to see the presentation!?
amazing fight she got all in in all her fight 💪🏻
That was awesome!!
Are they same weight?
Wow, love me some STAMP! Stay blessed!
Mismatch! Rodrigues is a real warrior 👍👍👍
Why did you cut out the first 90 seconds of the fight? That was Allycias best part.
im of to pattaya soon i cant wait to watch smilla train again has i do every time im in pattaya
Rodrigues was fantastic!
