For you to put on the after market key cover, you have to cut the short piece off the key fob that it comes with. Its not meant to come off and go back on

The screwdriver is not for the Kia Fob it's for the keychain you bought off Amazon. All you have to do is just pop "what's looks like a screw" off
Also make sure you get a screen protector
