Hello, I will be persuing master's from NCI from Jan 2024. Im a fresher and have both AWS and Azure certifications. Could you suggest me how to land a job as a fresher. Also, could you give me information about grad programmes
As a fresher you are not expected to know a lot. Your college and your academic scores matter a lot when applying as a fresher. I would recommend you to upskill yourself in either Azure or AWS stack for data engineering to understand how they are used in the industry. Get some guidance from people who are currently in those roles. Also learning a visualisation tool will also be of great help.
Thanks alot Bhai for sharing raw reality of Ireland. Just needed your quick guidance, I am now working as associate data analyst and having 1 year of experience and applying for 2025 MS in data science in Ireland, so in total i will be having 2 yrs Exp. Is it good enough to land a job? As I'm working on mostly common tools and technologies here. thanks again ❤️
Three years is ideal but 2 isn’t bad. Also everything depends on the market which unfortunately at the moment is dry. But it can all change by the time you graduate
I have 2 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, and now I want to apply for a Master's in AI. Is this a good approach and can I get an AI or ML Engineer job after it?
Yeah sure you can . It might take some time for you to get a job as you will need to understand the market here, application process , creating a good profile and brusing up your AI or ML skills. Also dont be surprised if you are offered more as a full stack engineer here and you might end up chasing data roles. I will create another video to explain this .
Bro I'm currently pursuing my bachelor's in computer science 4th year in India, I'm planning to masters in cs and also i want to become either full stack developer or data scientist coz i know both of these already, i also done few projects regarding web development.. Is Ireland a good start to kickstart my career?
Hey I always tell people to gain some industry experience before masters. If you want to be a data scientist, do a ms in data science instead. If you come with zero experience, you will only qualify for grad roles .
Bhai, I come from a commerce background. I completed my 11th and 12th grades in commerce, and then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration for my graduation. Now I'm wondering if I am eligible for Master's in Data Science courses in Ireland, or if I should consider an MBA or some management related courses instead. Your guidance would be greatly appreciated as I am feeling quite confused.
I don't think MBA from Ireland is a good idea. For eligibility you can google it but I would recommend you to get some experience before starting your masters degree. Switching to data science will take a lot of self learning from you as you are from a commerce background. Switching to DS is difficult but not impossible.
Hi Sir,I have done my master's in economics and am currently working in a Bangalore-based startup(1.5 years exo) can I do my master's in data science from Ireland in future as I am from a non-technical background? i am planning to do my master's after 3 years should I opt an online BSC data science degree from IIT Madras in between? Can i connect to you over LinkedIn?
Hey, not sure what you will learn during that online course. Experience in the field is lot better than taking a course.I would recommend you to try to switch to data science role for a year or two. That will prepare you well for your masters.
@@soulswithgoals Hi Sir,Thanks for the reply I am currently working as an associate data scientist position(1.5 yoe).I have seen the eligibility criteria in Trinity college there is clarly mentioned if i am from btech ,math or stat or related background only then i am a eligible for ms program in data science in that college so i am planning to do BSC program in Data science from IIT Madras just for the sake of the eligibility.
Bro... I have 5 years gap after my graduation in civil engineering since I was preparing for upsc cse exams..... Now I would like to switch my carrier and do some masters in business analytics...... Will I be able to get a job after my masters in Ireland..... Will my gap and no previous work experience matters when it comes to searching for a job after masters??...
Hey, I think its better for you to start your career here and move to Ireland with 2-3 year's experience. Gap wont matter too much but gap + experience will cause problems.
@@soulswithgoals OK... I understand.... But bcz of no experience and gap am not able to get a job in India in my stream... So that's y Iam planning for a shift in stream and migrate..... U mean I ll not get jobs bcz of no experience even after studying business analytics course in Ireland?..... Also I have heard that the living expense is high there.. Is it true?
Living expenses are very high at the moment so I wouldn't advise you to take the risk. Try to progress your career here and then make a move after getting some experience.
heya bhaiya! i am currently in my last year of masters in computer applications and i want to purse masters in data science after having a one year working experience ....kindly let me know how to plan for studies in ireland whether i should stick with my college placements and do job in india here for 1-2 years or should i go for masters in data science directly after completion of mca???
Hey. Its always better to get some experience and then come for your masters. 2 year or more experience in data science should be okay so look for a company that offers this role after your mca.
Hello I am currently doing my Bachelors in Engineering and I am thinking of doing MS Masters in Ireland. I am interested in doing my masters in artificial intelligence and machine learning, so will it be a good choice to do masters in Ireland????
Doing masters from Ireland is a good idea but I will advise you to start your career in India in AI/ML and then go for masters with 2-3 years of experience. This way it will be way easier to get a job than applying as fresher.
@@soulswithgoals But I don't want to waste my time. I mean I want to go for Masters after my BE. And after masters I want to do a job. My parents won't allow me to do job first and then masters. Please suggest something.
Its way wasier to land a good job if you have prior experience. Although there are still fresher positions but they aren't many. So if you can support yourself financially atleast for 6-8 months after finishing your course, go for it
I would recommend using Linkedin and other Irish job portals but SAC is a visualisation tool I guess. So if you're comfortable with data visualisation you dont have to stick with SAC, you can also apply for Power BI , Tableau etc.
Hi I have done masters in chemistry and working in pharma from last 7 year, I have decided to change my domain I started data science certification in India and planning to do masters in data science in ireland. Is it good decision? Mera pharma ka experience count hoga ya Nahi ? Data science job market Kaise he Ireland me kam ya jyada?
Hello Prasad. It's great that you have made up your mind and have started preparing for it. I would suggest you to get some data science experience first from India and then pursue your masters. It could be as little as a few months to one year. This well help you in understanding how data science projects are executed and also you can redress some of your previous pharma experience into data science. On your second question, data science are always available in the market here. Although there are a lot of potential candidates too but if you are skilled in the field, there won't be any issues.
i did a diploma in ai and ml to transition to data science after 7 yrs in sales in india . But it is really hard to transition to data science in INDIA . So i am also thinking of doing 1 year masters in data science to transition . But after watching some videos and taking some reviews , i feel it will be harder to get after masters also.
hello there. There are a number of data science job openings in Ireland for experienced professionals. If you trust your abilities, have enough resources to invest in Masters , you won't regret your decision.
I have heard that in Ireland people struggle in landing a job specially those from Data Analytics background ,it takes 6-7 months to get the relevant role , is it true or it’s because of recession?
I think its mostly because applicants dont have any data science experience. Therefore they struggle in the initial months until they learn those skills and improve their profile. For people who are experienced, they get absorbed by the market quite quickly.
Sorry Sir I am not sure and I dont want to misguide you. You can check job opportunities on LinkedIn, jobs.ie, indeep, irishjobs etc and you will get some idea
There are a lot of good colleges in Ireland for Data Science. But if you are interested I would recommend joining a college which doesn’t cost too much because it’s different than it is in India. Joining the best college won’t land you the best job. Its more about self preparation because you need to develop industry Data Science skills which you have to do yourself. College only covers basics and concepts.
Excellent 👍 thanks for your information 💯
Good one Faizan👏🏻👏🏻.. It was really informative 👍🏻
Thanks a ton

Thanks for the information. Do you conduct counselling session?
Sorry I dont conduct any sessions but I will be looking to create more videos to share my experience
Thank you so much, very informative video

Iam working as a Frontend developer and do not have much knowledge in python . Will I be able to cope up if I join data science in Ireland ?
Sure . There is no python dependency for data science courses. You dont have to know python in advance.
At least add subtitles or something like that, so that many can benefit from your experience there, kind request
Thanks for your suggestion. I will make future videos in English so its more useful
