Hmmm 34 miles per gallon... my 2018 sonic hatch gets 28 which holds 12 gallons of fuel. Both version are nice but the hatch is like fuel hungry I have to refill it every 4 days it's such a small tank but I love the car
My 2012 Cruze had the same power train and it did exceptionally well over the course of seven years. This car has the same power train so it could easily do hundreds of thousands of miles with only minor repairs as long as you keep up with oil and filter changes and other regular scheduled items that need to be done. It’s not like the Chevy 1.4L turbo ecotec is blowing head gaskets like the Ford Focus.
The car is gorgeous and the lady is gorgeous as well.

I was planning on getting a 2018 Cruze, but I’m thinking hard on the Sonic. I don’t drive a lot of miles every week so this would last me a long time.

Or may be you're just a hater. I own this car since November 2019 and apart of anti-theft system going wrong twice I haven't had any problem with it
