Avondale’s is garbage, be real. Pretty much anything off the 10 fwy from 107th Ave to the 17 fwy is no place to live. It’s an upgrade in you’re living in a horrible neighborhood now, but it’s still not a place to raise kids. Just call your insurance agent and ask them about those zip codes, rates are ridiculous!

That’s your opinion but obviously tons of people do live in these areas and like living there
Avondale is a good neighborhood I’ve been there I’m thinking about moving there in the summer of 2024
