Don't use plastic bottles, always prefer glass bottles, you can easily find them in the market at very cheap price. As we all know that Plastic is harmful material even BPA-free plastic is not safe, when you pour oil in them, they release dangerous chemicals and destroy the properties of oil/liquid and ultimately you'll have harmful instead of good quality oil. That is why we see all the Olive oil brands use glass bottles and not only glass bottles with specific colors like Green/Brown so these types of glass protect the oil from UV and HV rays as well. As people are getting more awareness about Cold Press Method, the demand will increase and you'll get good business and I suggest you launch your own brand with good packaging and branding.

We are extraction oil in cold condition. Heating of any stage will change our oil heated not cold press oil.

You can make oil in boiling water. Make powder of your seed & put it in boiling water. After 30 minutes you will see the oil on top of water. Collect & strain in a jar.

You can make 50% oils without any machine at home very easy.
Just use the oil seeds which are 40% oil in the seeds.
Just grind it out and put into boiling water.
After 30 minutes stop the heat.
After cooling you will see the oil on upper surface of the water.
Now collect your oil from water surface .
This is tricky process.

Two type of machines.
One is Rs.50,000 looking in video.
Second one is high pressure press machine. Rs.150.000 with H beam frame & higher pressure hydraulic cylinder.
Both machines are hand operated.

You can make oil without machine also. But this oil is not cold pressed oil.
Just make the powder of apricot kernels & put it in p
Boiling water. After 30 minutes you will see the oil on water surface. Collect it by a large spoon.
