I have the 10A version and the cables are twice as thick as yours but the Ali Clips are the same so I just binned mine and made a better set, my unit though after about 2-3 hrs lost 2 segments in one of the AMPS display digits which I traced through to a couple of via's on the display board, it's a cheap and cheerful unit, it now works very well VERY accurate so I'm quite happy with it also the fan only comes on under high loads but is very quiet? overall for the money I think it's well worth the it, China wins again!

When I first got mines i test it with my dc motors and dc computer fans so cool i love it.now my dc power supply is mess up the volts goes up to 0 to 60v that wasn't like that before when I was using it,so i have to replaced the mosfet transistor on the volts side.so when I fix it i will upload a video my dc motors and computer fans collection.

(10:30) - You printed yourself a label in English rather than German ?
Even though you are a German and live in Germany ?
I can understand the reason you produce TH-cam videos in English.
Of course, that is simply for the widest possible audience.
But that label is just for yourself, (and possibly your friends and/or colleagues).
    What the heck ?
    I don't get that ?
    Why ?
    >
    EDIT:
    PS - Great video, though.

When I first got mine I tested out with a five amp load the wire started getting hot I measured a 1 V voltage drop across the wires. After operating under full load for a little more than five minutes I started to smell smoke and burning the plastic was starting to melt in burn at the alligator clips mine were not soldered they just folded over the copper strands and did a crimp connection fire would’ve been A possibility if you would walk away and stay away with combustible materials around here he burning wire. After 29 days my unit stopped working the voltage was limited and no amps for load would be measured. I contacted them describe my situation I sent them pictures of the display and how I was setting up a test load with an automotive headlight. I was told by my symptoms that one of the control wires inside on the board may have came loose so I tore down the unit disconnected and reconnected all the connections on the circuitboard and unit continue to operate normally again. After that to test that the unit would survive I put it in a burn in test for 48 hours at 5 A 12 V with automotive light. Then I changed the light out for a dummy load resistance for48 more hours at 30 V Max unit survives no problem. There’s a lot of AC ripple riding on the DC current no good for sensitive electronics and very noisy for audio equipment but it’s good for a do it yourself or just tinkering with simple projects that are not sensitive to AC voltage or dirty power supply. I bought mine when they were only $60 soon after a lot of TH-cam or‘s data review people started buying it so they doubled the price then it turned into nothing but a scam or rip off this unit is not worth over $100. If you could find this unit under $70 it’s worth it after that the choice is up to you

Thank you for sharing your experience with your power supply.
I do agree, there are a lot of downsides to really cheap gear: quality, reliability and safety being the most prevalent and this can lead to potentially dangerous situations. If one uses gear like that, one has to be aware of the risks involved.
