On the first comment, I was visiting and my controller was beeping so I shut it off. My 8s outcast took off and slammed itself under a minivan and kept digging. I hurried up and turn my controller back on. Good thing I knew the guy who's van it was
This question is for anyone who knows. When I run my slash 2wd at home when I turn sharp I can hear the rear differential spinning one weel much faster. Considering increasing the weight of the rear differential fluid. Any advise will be greatly appreciated. Great video AJ!
On my maxx and xmaxx I've put duct tape over the holes in the rims to keep water and dirt from getting into my tires. My tires on both are belted. I'm running the proline badlands belted tires on my maxx and the sledgehammer belted tires on my xmaxx. I didn't think about the suction from spinning force. But I'm afraid that if I drill through the tread section that it may damage the belt in the tires. Can you give me some insight on this matter? Thanks.
Another awesome video 👍
Really have been enjoying your channel as someone who just started in RC in 24’ this format of video is super informative.
Glad you are enjoying the channel and the format!
You have an excellent channel. 💯 thank you
Thanks so much, I appreciate it!😎👍
+1
I think that it is great that you explain “this is the way I have success”. Not that this is the only way.
I am glad you picked up on that! I am sharing what works for me, but always happy for others to share their successful approaches.
Just subed. Nice video!
Glad to have you join in!
Any mechanical moving parts needs regular maintenance/lube or both..

It has a max5 ESC I'm sure there's something in the program setting to hold neutral throttle in case of disconnect or interference issues
I always try and do it the safe way. Transmitter on first and off last. Runaway RCs can be disastrous. Safety first.

That’s a great question. I haven’t tested that personally but it does make sense to be concerned about belt damage.
Did you just say, “hello bastards”?
No. The word is bashers.
