🫔 Ingrediente pentru două plăcinte 🫔
Pentru foi:
250 ml lapte
250 ml apă
1 lgț jum de sare
1 lgț praf de copt
800-900 gr făină
Pentru umplutură:
350-400 gr carne tocată
1 ceapă
sare
oregano
piper negru
200 gr unt topit pentru uns foile.
2 gălbenușuri pt uns plăcintele la final.
🔥 Se coc la 200ºC pentru 30 de minute.

🇬🇧 Ingredients 🇬🇧 for two pies
For the sheets:
250 ml milk
250 ml water
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
800-900 gr flour
For the filling:
350-400 gr minced meat
1 onion
salt
oregano
black pepper
200 gr melted butter to grease the sheets.
2 yolks eggs to grease the pies at the end.
🔥 Bake at 200ºC for 30 minutes.

🇪🇦 Ingredientes 🇪🇦 para dos pasteles
Para las hojas:
250 ml leche
250 ml agua
1 1/2 cdta sal
1 cdta levadura en polvo
800-900 gr harina
Para el relleno:
350-400 gr carne picada
1 cebolla
sal
orégano
pimienta negra
200 gr mantequilla derretida para untar las hojas.
2 yemas de huevo para engrasar los pasteles al final.
🔥 Hornear a 200ºC durante 30 minutos.
