Just done my Saturday park run and convinced more than ever that if results in league cup go to plan then best strategy is triple capt this week then next week buy Roger's and watkins and bring in emery to activate the chip gw 25
This is my preference too. Initially I thought Slot for AM as I have two Liverpool. But if I stick with TC this week and bring in Gakpo I get the extra Gakpo game and TC Salah. Then the AM options from 25-27 look good, or I could even bench boost in GW25 and AM later. This gives me a week to think about it too. Great video
Im TCing Gakpo this week. Form is with him and confident of two starts. If he nails it and spurs Semi finalwin then its a risk worth taking against the herd mentality.
Quite like the am24 moyes + silva/emery route and then potentially guardiola in 36 for table bonuses vs Liverpool. Wasn’t going to play my double anyway this week as I don’t really like the double, guess this kinda backfires on my more differential non TC play as most people will hold it now. Don’t like selling gakpo one bit, think he can score more points than slot in the next 3 GWs…. Think there’s going to be a much better TC opportunity down the line as well and we’ll be happy we held. Already have Robinson if Fulham double, and if villa double I still like my team and emery covers Roger’s/ Watkins a bit. Definitely wont be selling Isak to Watkins with the crowd

Agree, and the knee jerking fever going around with content creating FPL glitterati is laughable , particularly with a new chip and one even saying its worth an 8 point hit. What they are not looking at is future game weeks particularly gw29 and implications on future strategy. Play your own game.

There seems to be a lot of over thinking around the chips. The AM chip is the most powerful chip in the game and we have the leagues best manager/team with a very likely 5 games over 3 gameweeks, a scenario that isnt likely to present itself again. Even in the unlikely event that Liverpool don't reach the Caraboa cup final, there would still be an option to move out Slot for another doubling manager - Ange or Silva. AM Slot GW24 seems a no brainer to me even if it means a - 4 to remove a Liverpool player. Why people are going with Moyes with the AM is beyond me. Everton are 16th in the league. Its highly likely they lose to Liverpool and they may not even beat Leicester either. The current betting odds on Everton beating Leicester are close to evens.
