From official eccouncil you cannot download whole book, just you have option to download some pages only If you want to download while book look in internet or torrent maybe you will get

Then focus on other things. Understand every module from the book and there are too many courses of ceh on TH-cam. And at the end the main is practice test. The one i mentioned do for at least 1-2 months daily and then you can crack easily
