Disc Golf TH-camr Video Idea: What Discs can I actually Flip Over Reliably? Because 9/10 youtubers can't seem to get their discs to flip up/everything seems more stable than they expect. But it happens all the time. So why not expect it to go left every time.
it relies on your arm speed and spin. the more spin, the more you can get a disc to flip. Take a really lightweight -2/-1 disc and you should be able to flip it pretty good. Get a -4 disc like archangel/roadrunner, etc and learn how to hyzer it at the right angle to get a good flip up.
I like this idea, I think a series is to ace every hole by the end of summer. So every few weeks, you pick a hole and camp until you acebit them move on. (Have fun editing that, lol)
You should consider making a couple side goals (à la Bodanza) for these videos so that you can still keep these interesting even if you don’t get the ace. Some suggestions: Make X tight gap hits in a row Throw X forehands or backhands in a row without pulling it Get metal on the same hole with a putter, midrange, and driver
the hole at 11:00 is perfect for something like this, you can see the basket in the camera, it's not crazy difficult and it's a fun flight to watch. i think you could just skip the holes that wouldn't look good to ace/run on camera
could you bring back the move back 10 feet after every putt made in an hour. give it a few tries. would love to see you try ace at a less wooded course.
I think this might be someone putting out on a cage nearby. You can hear another one more faint a couple seconds before that. At the end of the video he also says a group has caught up to him.
Its always hard on disc golf videos because the disc disappears into the distance. I'd suggest setting up a second or even third camera at different points down the fairway so you have a high quality image through the whole shot, or even just a basket cam so we can see it coming in. This obviously takes more work and a lot more editing but I really think it would take your videos up a notch!
Do you ever offer any coaching calls…? I’m an older guy having major issues with my backhand throwing, it’s dismal and I’m really struggling. Thank you for your videos and time.
Is it just me, or is your Pioneer bag different from the V4? I see the metal components, which were new with the V4, the color way is V4, BUT... the putter pocket is different. Instead of the 2 - 3 disc pocket with the piece that keeps that pocket rigid, you have a huge putter pocket that is missing that piece. I noticed it in the latest Imposter Foundation video. Yours and Big Hunt's bag was different from Kon-man's.
You will never get aces if you are always throwing short. You gotta throw & look past the basket in order to ace it! Park jobs are not ace runs. Just my take.
If you do this again you need to set up a basket cam, cuz this was a tough watch big dog.
Love the series idea, just need a better camera to actually see baskets
Also maybe acing one would help the engagement too.
@@travisr4024nah you don’t watch Trevor’s channel for the aces 😂
@@robertc134 lol this is very true
I don't think its the camera. Its the color of green and yellow leaves along with the dappled woods lighting making yellow baskets hard to see.
A second camera by the basket so you can see where your shot was off and adjust, plus we get the catch-cam of the ace.
Trevor edit out the butt digs 🤣🤣 much love!
Came to the comments for the same thing lol
I honestly love this style of vid- it seems so relatable and funny I feel like I could watch all day 😂
Disc up for ace runs.....started June 1st last year. 22 aces.
did a great job at least your getting close i have been playing 20 plus years and hitting baskets not chains keep up with that great work and vids
Posting the fails is just as good as the aces my friend! Keep on truckin! 💯

"F7, one time, Oh so flippy, who knew?"
"Now you flip up, you little coward."

I’m local ski resort has this course in the trees were all you need is a putter
Pretty sure Trevor could go full time with this channel and be successful lol. Such a good content creator!
That was cool to watch.
Please more 🎉

Don’t know if you’ve ever tried one but the luster champion invader is such an incredible throwing putter 10:24
This isn't ace hunter, this is ace Trevor
Sounds like the Magic bounced off a tree and hit chains at 27:46

The key to Acing is you gotta be willing to throw it a little past the basket. Full commit

If you do make this a series, it would be sick to have a camera by the basket

Thank you for your videos and time.
My closest is straight shot just over the top of the basket. Missed the 25 ft comeback put
We need a wedgie pull counter in there as well. Probably got equal amount of wedgie pulls to throws in here.
For next video.... ace runs :) lmao
Acing is hard. When is that atlas bag coming out

...has been trying for months to get birdies...
Trevor: Let's just go for an ace
Nice ace!! 29:35
maybe try to use a few more discs of the same molds. like if you had 15 passions maybe we get an ace? or a roc or whatever.
"8 total shots there... none of them any good" LOL
Hole 5 was obviously a hole for a shark ;)
I read until I lose my sanity as virginity 😂
Love it. Keep it up
my arm hurts watching this
Hole 4... just less stable, lil bit flippier, lil bit higher
Possible backhand meteor if thrown low enough😂😂
I got 3 aces within a month this past month all with electron firm pixels
No Ace= EMOTIONAL DAMAGE!😮
“8 total shots there, none of them any good.” If that ain’t my life story I don’t know what is.
Shot count: 172

First no way
🎉
I have played for a year at this point
I have 8 aces
I have played for 4 years and have 1.
@@garnerthecubeI have played for 6 and have 1😂
