In this video we will see how to make Plum cake recipe in easy method.
Plum cake is enjoyed by many during the festival season and is also called as Christmas cake.
Traditionally in this fruit cake, the dry fruits and nuts are soaked for a month in alcohol.
However for general purpose soaking them in Orange juice would be just fine.
If you don't have time to allow the dry fruits to soak, then boil them in juice for 6-8 mins.

06. White Sugar - 1 cup

08. Butter
09. Baking powder - 1 Tsp
10. Baking Soda - 1/4 Tsp
11. Vannilla essense - 1 Tsp
12. Vinegar - 1 Tsp
13. Cinnamon
14. Cardomom
15. Cloves
16. Dried Ginger
