Hey! So it would often depend where we ate, I found there was very little pressure to tip. If you go to more commercialised restaurants they often added service charge but in the more local restaurants we would just leave the change instead x
A portion of chips is not going to negatively impact my health, we go to the gym for enjoyment and aim to live a well rounded, non restrictive lifestyle, this works for us!
