I absolutely agree with you Ewan regarding music being played in shops, it is so annoying and being played so loud, in fact told the Manager in a supermarket about the awful music, he said there was nothing they could do, probably thought I was an old bag. Thank you for the vlog 😊
Loved getting a look around Birmingham again. I was stuck there for 5 months in the town center during lockdown, ( got locked out of Singapore, ) Anyway Poundland was my go to shop for anything and everything for our themed meal days.. I have arthritis in my lower back & since doing the child pose my back has been brilliant, virtually no pain or stiffness, please try it, I,m sure after a short while you will feel the benefits. I do the child pose every morning for a slow count of 14. Hope this helps you. ❤😊
Loved looking around Primark and Poundland Pep Co. We don’t have a decent Primark unless we travel to Liverpool and our Poundland has moved out of our town centre and onto a retail park that only has a bus service once and hour plus it seems a lot smaller now and not as good.

I just bought lots of plant pots from our local refuse tip, they are lovely and just 50p each! We had a lot of recycle so I went along to help but hubby did it all so I went into the items shed..😀👍👍👍
Shopped in my home town you did a good job showing us around..My grandaughter loves the vintage clothes I wait in greggs why she shops...I was there on Saturday in primark its the best by far...

I really like all of your clothing items and they can go together quite nicely. When i go anywhere different where i have to do a fair bit of sitting down i take my special seating cushion & sometimes a small back rest. It does make a lot of difference to my lower back. 😀

If I'm not mistaken and by the size of the construction site it is Curzon Street station for the new High Speed Rail (HS2) - link to HS1 the one from London to Paris. However HS2 was meant to built by now. Slow in the UK and lot of NIMBY type arguments...now...due to costs it won't continue to Manchester and Leeds anymore...something that wouldn't have been a problem if we just got on with hehe

It’s definitely an age thing the music. There’s a restaurant I go to that plays music really loud. When it’s practically empty it really echoes! So many choices these days for decorating. It gets me a little bit overwhelmed . Loved your room 😊

The slight transparency of the lovely black linen trousers you bought brought back memories that made me chuckle. Whilst at college, a chap from Nigeria used to sit in front of me. He liked to wear white linen trousers in the warmer months, white linen with very brightly coloured underpants. EDIT: Just watched your Instagram... you wore them well! Very nice.
I have to agree with you about the music in shops, I hate when it so loud you can't think! Love the black outfit, I think you could also throw the white jumper around your shoulders if it was nippy, I think that could look cool (my opinion anyway😂). Hope you get through all your work too x❤🇮🇪

I love it when you are in a chatty, chatty mood, like the final part of this vlog, it’s like there’s an extra excitable bit of you that comes through. I stay at the same apartments when I’m in Birmingham for work - I have been lucky to get ones with a very big bathroom with a huge walk in shower and a bigger more linea kitchen. I know the area around St Philip’s cathedral but not seen that lovely arcade. I’ll be there in mid June so will seek it out. Love your new clothes.

Great vlog lawn, love your hauls as it gives me good ideas. You certainly do have a good eye for a bargain and also fashion. Love the black shirt and trousers , l also love the patterned shirts too. Nothing like a pattern to make an outfit pop. Take care of your back, make sure that when you are sitting at your desk it is at the right for you, also that you have a good lunar supportive office chair on wheels. It is advised that you take a break every 45-60 mins, stand up , have a stretch, grab a glass of water…this will give you a screen break,keyboard break and postural break. The big no no is sitting on the sofa and working with laptop on your knees or coffee table or in bed. Back pain is awful so l do hope yours improves xx

Hi Mr. C! How I really wish they sold some of the UK cleaning products here in the U.S. Especially Zoflora! I used to be able to buy it on Amazon "for a pretty penny", but now I can't find it anywhere. We do have the Pink Stuff, Persil, and I've even seen Cif. I love it when you are in a chatty, chatty mood, like the final part of this vlog, it’s like there’s an extra excitable bit of you that comes through. I stay at the same apartments when I’m in Birmingham for work - I have been lucky to get ones with a very big bathroom with a huge walk in shower and a bigger more linea kitchen. I know the area around St Philip’s cathedral but not seen that lovely arcade. I’ll be there in mid June so will seek it out. Love your new clothes.

Great vlog lawn, love your hauls as it gives me good ideas. You certainly do have a good eye for a bargain and also fashion. Love the black shirt and trousers , l also love the patterned shirts too. Nothing like a pattern to make an outfit pop. Take care of your back, make sure that when you are sitting at your desk it is at the right for you, also that you have a good lunar supportive office chair on wheels. It is advised that you take a break every 45-60 mins, stand up , have a stretch, grab a glass of water…this will give you a screen break,keyboard break and postural break. The big no no is sitting on the sofa and working with laptop on your knees or coffee table or in bed. Back pain is awful so l do hope yours improves xx
