Have you had to clean the blower wheel? I just got an estimate for 2 indoor heads and it was way more than I expected. It looks like I have a very similar model. I have the 40MAHB 9k and 12k units.
So what temperature did you have your room temp or when it was really cold out so many people say they have it at 65 and 68 that's not acceptable I asked what your temperature was at 4?

Notice one room went to DF mode for 1 min not even 30 outside yet. Ill give it another week & see
