I used to have one of these on a 17' Siren cruising sailboat for auxiliary power. It also had the optional remote fuel tank, which I kept in the lazerette. However, once I got really good at sailing I left the remote tank at home to have more storage space, but I digress. This was a really reliable motor and usually started on the first pull. Then again I always did a good service check and lower unit oil change at the beginning of the season. This should work well for you.

hello mate I have the same engine, can you determine the temperature of the water leaking from the engine? is it cold, warm or hot?
Not hot it's warm maybe 40°c
