SUNDAY RESET: Relaxing, cleaning, trader joes haul, meal prep and fun

Hi friends! Today I'll be sharing my beloved Sunday Reset routine. I like to pick one day out of the week where I don't do any work, and I prioritize rest, prep and of course FUN! For me that day is Sundays. I think it's really important for us to find a day in the week to practice this type of self-care. We were not meant to work everyday and have no rest (this combo is a recipe for burnout, trust me I know). On the other hand, taking a day for rest and fun can energize us and prepares us for a brand new work week. In my experience, taking a weekly rest day has made me more creative, more productive and even more excited to get back to work the next week :)
