    Thanks alot for making this , I never tried this and I could hold it for 5 secs in the air ,never knew I could pull this off in a day( the form might not be perfect but il get that in check soon) that's for your wonderful explaination. God Bless

    Hi! Morning 🌞 I am trying to reach the goal however I still feel I need more strength in my body to lift myself up. As I do my sirya namaskar and other exercises but I want to be good in other asana's too. Please help to practice bakasana what more can I do?❤😊 Thank you ♥️

    Hi neha ! I daily practice 250-300 surya namaskar but some of you tube yoga tell that practice only 12 (so think you well parfect answer) your follower from Maharashtra

    Woww! I am now able to do bakasana with my legs sideways till 15 counts. Now I will practice today's lesson by putting my knees above the elbows.. thanks Neha! Much Love😊💖

    I was able to lift myself up but I feel like I haven't engaged my core cause there's no sensation, I can feel the burn in my thighs and arms 🤔
    Thanks to you I can feel up shoulder strength increasing though! :D
