I'm one of the major devs of Monifactory and the ExtendedCrafting: Expanded fork maker, and seeing the work of the entire team who worked on this get some recognition is extremely rewarding, even if you decide to stop mid way through. Thank you for playing ^^
Three, I would like to inform you of the create, create deco, and create: steam and rails compacts. I also highly recommend you install create: interactive so you can use any gregtech machine on a train (even multi blocks!).
Are you sure this modpack is mature enough? Last time I tried it (not long ago), I was encountering world generation crashes. The kind of crashes which make your world un-loadable, because it tries to generate the same chunk again and crashes again.
Tip: I HIGHLY recommend using EMIs recipe tree, especially for things like LV circuits. Once you mess around with what recipes you are using for your intermediate items such as vacuum tubes and circuit boards, it will tell you exactly how much of everything you need, and you can also change how many of the item you want to make and everything else will also update. So glad to see you back and posting!
Yeah it took me a bit to figure it out, but It's awesome! First time I've used EMI and I'm liking it so far. As you said it's so useful for early game circuit crafting! Thanks for watching :D
Please take it easy and don't over work yourself and get burnt out so much like before. love that your back Edit: so I've never really played or liked Greg tech much it overwhelms my brain but after watching this video I gave the pack a try and after 10 hours I have a bender/power/auto smelter and I'm really happy I'm learning it. It's really fun thanks u have given me the motivation to try it
For a sugarcane farm, I like to use water buckets in deployers instead of pistons. It drops the can directly down, where it can be easily collected by a row of collectors to make everything nice and simple.
We missed you, also I watched your explanation video and honestly even if you disappear again that's okay, I think a lot of people including you forget this is for our enjoyment and not something you're owed to us. If you're still in early game, you can use an axe to scrape off oxidization on copper blocks. Those copper buildings (like the one at 17:38-17:40) are a great source of copper early game.

Also, thank you for the amazing tips on EMI! That is going to be BEYOND useful and will be a requirement in every pack for me going forward. I'm surprised you didn't show off the recipe tree and synthetic favorites EMI has. By clicking the recipe tree button on any recipe, it'll calculate the total cost of that recipe taking into account whatever the default recipes are for the items in the craft, and you can use the scroll wheel to change the amount crafted, and it'll update the total cost accordingly. Then if you click the icon near the bottom, it'll automatically add "synthetic favorites", that being all the recipes needed for the craft will show up on your sidebar automatically, and disappear once you craft all that you need. EMI is probably my favorite mod ever and I'm so happy to see it dethroning JEI :3
Three, you got me into Gregtech after watching your DJ, Nomi and GTNH series and I started Monifactory a while ago. I was thinking how great your videos were and hoping someone would fill this void of quality and fun Gregtech videos, and suddenly saw this in my feed. Love to see it! ❤
I always appreciate the effort you put into editing. even just the chicken death sound and the ominous look into the camera. Truly makes your channel stand head and shoulders above any other mc content I've watched.
Words can't describe how happy i am watching a new video. Every day since the end of GTNH i've coming back to the channel in the hope of finding a new video.
If I had a nickel for every time Threefold returned from an indefinite hiatus, I'd have two nickels. Which isn't a lot, but it's weird that it happened twice... Also why do I have a sense of déjà vu.

And now here we are?! LET'S GOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Only recently found Three with his Gregtech New Horizons and haven't fully finished season 2 yet, but by god, I am so excited to see he's back!
I’m so glad to see you back! Excited to see the journey ahead! Not sure how I feel about the /home commands, I understand automation is the point, but transportation mods are a fun part of tech and efficiency, a little sad to see that go
Yeah I understand that. I avoided the homes in GTNH, but I've made the decision to use them in this world. Hopefully it doesn't detract from the experience too much.

First, so happy you're back; remember to take it easy. Second, you can probably use drawer trims to distribute the sugar cane to the furnaces and only have one sugarcane drawer. Third, this pack actually seems awesome. I've always loved the complexity of Greg tech, but not much cared for the grind (hunger, tools, deaths, and early productions), and this really seems like it might bridge that gap for me.
It is still in Beta, although development is looking smooth so far. Hopefully we don't encounter anything gamebreaking in the series. It's worth considering though I think if you are looking for this type of modpack :D

I remember finding your channel just a little before you finished GTNH, and I was excited to finally watch new series as they come out, then I was sad that you decided to step away again but understanding of course. If I remember correctly, the sophisticated storage barrels/chests have hopper upgrades, so you dont have to use vanilla hoppers, and you can reach the barrell easier.
Okay i really need to watch your Nomifactory series and look more into this modpack (after finishing TFG), it seems really good ! Have fun on the modpack, the video is really good to explain how the mechanics works ! Thank you for the video !
