Stockdale, Texas | Sounds of Nature | Texas Natural Areas

Taking a short hike at Jackson Nature Park just outside of Stockdale, Texas in Wilson County. This park is operated by the San Antonio River Authority and is a compact natural park for hiking and fishing. Cibolo creek runs along park and is part of the San Antonio river watershed. This is a very pleasant park for a morning or afternoon walk southeast of San Antonio.

Thanks Andrew. Very peaceful along the creek. About what time of day was this taken?
What video equipment are you using? I have seen videos from the new GoPro Hero 11 Black and that handles the lighting the best I have seen.
It captures the highlights perfectly which preserves the visual mood of the moment.

My setup is very simple, I just use a GoPro hero 9 with a foam case to block out wind noise.

@@cyclingtexas1670 Yes, it does a very good job on the highlights as well. But the Hero 11 Black is the best I have seen.
Capturing the highlights accurately is what visually captures the mood of the scene as you experienced it in the moment... as close as possible, I think.
The subtleties are remarkable.
