I mean if some candidate ( belonging to any category ) get a Medical College other than AIIMS in other state or to the state he/she belongs by AIQ , toh usko koi advantage milega ( admission fees aur security caution deposit me ) uss college me agar state councelling me uski fees jo bhi hai usse kuch km dena padhega ya jitni 85% state quota walon ko deni pad rahi utni hee deni padhegi ? Plz ans
