And then took part in round 3 and got better college then I have to take admission in it!??? Or I didn't get any clg in 2nd or 3rd (because my choice filling) so can I take part in stray vacancy round? (Even though I get clg on 1st round and it is upgraded)

Yes you can participate in round 3 but your registration fee will be not refunded ,you have to do new registration And if you doesn't get any college in Round 3 then you have not privilege on Round 1 alloted seat

U can't take part in stray vaccancy if you got seat in any round of counselling and u can go for upgradation after 2nd round too
