Boycott this hefty Development charges, Impossible by everyone to pay such hefty Development charges, where all the major cost had been arise from your own projects which member has nothing to do and no benefit for the members. The maximum price of development cost shall be at most 60% of the land cost. Member has nothing to do with your express way, mascots, water parks etc and as a member i would like to know that where did you bought up the cost for the project which you told that this had nothing to do with member, Kindly confirm the NOC and display without NOC you are not entitled to claim the development charges. Sorry i trust you.
