If anyone is wondering like I was, use a #3 philips head rather than a #2 like I initially did for the rear to keep the screws from stripping. Great video by the way. It was very helpful.
Do these mud guards keep the mud from spraying onto the door handles, back and sides of the vehicle? I have a 2021 Telluride and have never had so much mud spray on my vehicle.

It's a little hard to believe that the vehicle didn't have these in the first place!
