I love the Huxley sculpt! I have the authentic kit waiting for me to paint it sitting on a shelf in my nursery. I also have my Olivia from aliexpress because I just couldn't wait for me to be well enough to paint. 🤣 I just sipped my coffee & had to chuckle when I discoered I think yesterday that Mac Pherson has their own manufacture painted kits for "therapy or young collectors" 😂 They can use whatever excuse they please, but it's because they're losing sales to replicas. If they want this new business venture to work they're going to have to have more detailed painting other than some lip blush & a simple flesh color. smh Folks get quality painted / rooted replica dolls cheaper than the Mac Pherson version. So if they want to compete, they're going to have to step it up. Not sure about those peek a boo eyes.......not at all realistic, you just put it back at being a doll like any other at that point.
