- Can I Get What I Want at the Auction? Greenhill Farms 42nd Annual Spring Consignment Auction. Good used farm tractors for sale at auction near me. #farmallfanatic #auction #consignmentauction

Ventrac is an offshoot of Steiner. That unit is an original Steiner. When I was at ATI Steiner was building rotary tank feed mixers for cow lots. I don't think they had started the tractor line. This would have been early 80's. AL B.
That sounds right
I'm probably more excited about the plow then you are!!!!!
Can't wait to see it work
I'm pretty stoked
That White was a steal. Cheap HP. Dang
I’m excited to see the flip plows getting polished up that’s going to be neat. Prices seems to be a buyer’s market there thanks for taking us there!
Definitely on the larger items
I missed that 4 row 56 for sure...
I really appreciate you taking us to the auction s. Thanks
Any time!
Man I never get to auctions like this. Ones I'm at stuff brings retail plus 10%!!!!
That's how it normally is...just not this year so far
Looks like it was a good auction. Thank you for covering it. Glad you got what you went for. You are killing it this year FF!
Getting lucky
You got some good buys this time Farmall, congrats!
Thanks 👍
Good price on the weight bracket,BOOM!
Boom! I'm still cold from this adventure. Can't wait to see the rollovers in action!
The only thing worse, is the auction would have been today... because it's actually colder lol
@@FarmallFanatic yep, and I'm stuck working outside again today lol
@@dunksjunk Me too, but I can go in when I want lol
Kinda surprised you dont have 4 cubs now! Lol. Some good buys!
Lol... My three cubs do everything a cub can do
The Steiner family sold Steiner tractor which is now owned by Bobcat. The rumor I heard was the Steiner family was not happy with how things went, so after the non-compete agreement expired, the Steiner family started Ventrac. In our area you see allot more ventracs then Steiners anymore
That 2 row Deere would be a great food plot planter for small plots in the woods
Yea, brand new too
Damn, that’s a helluva deal on that roll over plow
200 bucks on a very rare plow
Thank you ff
234 ,can’t believe you didn’t get it . 👍
I had no use for it, but it was a cool little unit
Happy Sunday everyone
Good auction Thanks 🇺🇸
Congratulations on getting those plows. Can't wait to see them work! Looks like you had more people there than tri-state. I'll have a video on it.
Right on
Impressive auction
That White went dirt cheap too!!
Congratulations FF on the hill side plow. Now you can plow going and coming and throw it all up hill. That gentleman got a good buy in the Cub with all that equipment I'd say.
I agree Mark
Great deal on the Cub Weights!!
The 756 would do that rollover with ease.
Yeah and the four hundred
That was a good fun video to watch thank you
Thanks for watching
Glad you got the items you wanted
Thanks
Nice
Great video. Can't wait to see the plough working. Thanks for showing us the auction. All the best 🇬🇧.
Thanks for watching
Good deal on the A and the tractor with 2 row cultivators.
That roll over plow has fun written all over it. I wouldn't put that on a 300 though. 400 yeah. Should be fun getting it to work and watching it. Definitely make a good video. I think it would be a blast. I saw a 8 foot IH wheel disc sell southeast of here for about $500. I thought it would've been nice to own for an H.
Is definitely perfect for an h
Nice buy there Gino. Be interesting see how it works. Enjoyed your video thankyou your time and efforts
Appreciate it James
The Belarus was agreat value simple fairly reliable and parts aren't a problem to get
Remember reading in Farm Journal that they were cheap horsepower and lacked the comfort that American made tractors had. South of us in Amish country you had a dealer an there was a lot of them in the area. A lot of the equipment was sold by what dealers were in the area.
I didn't realize parts were easy to get
Can’t wait to see the rollover plow in action always wanted one
Until I saw this one, I had never seen one before
I can't wait to see more about that plow!
I'm looking for a book
@FarmallFanatic that would definitely be helpful. Hopefully you can find one!
Way to go on the rollover plow! Man there were some smokin' deals!
Definitely was
Most of that was cheap enough. The Massey 35 for $1k sounds cheap to me.
Haven't auctioned lately.
Excellent video Gino :) also thought you get those weights to and plow was upside-down Lol I said he got them Red Power Boom 💥 !
Got what I wanted
Another par excellence video FF, I believe you’re starting to spoil us😂really good auction with some of the better auctioneers, their rhythm was very good…like the spinner plow pick up👍🏻thx hoss💥🇺🇸💥
Yeah, it was a really cool auction...Thanks for watching 👀 😁
Great deal on the MH 30!!
Definitely a buyers auction!!
Yes seems like it on the big stuff
Great deal on the Belarus!!
Man 1000 bucks on the MH 30!!?!?!? I deff should have drove out for this one
You just never.
Know auction to auction
The roll over has the plow chief points😮
Should be easy to find
Great deal on the MF 35!!
Great auction video 👍 thought the auctioneers were a bit optimistic in a lot of their opening bids 🙄 but they get there 👍 congratulations on a really good lot of purchases looks like you got a bit of spanner 🛠️🛠️ time ahead 💪Red Power 💪💥
Oh yeah I added to the projects
Steiner brothers invented this type of mower and made the brand Ventrac. So basically the same mowers different name
That makes perfect sense
You definitely got a steal on that plow! Looking forward to seeing it in the dirt. Accessorized my 400 with three sets of wheel weights and a pair of frame weights today. Think she's ready to go to the field.
Where did you get your frame weights
@@FarmallFanatic Got them from a gentleman I met that had a radiator for a 450 for sale. He has a lot of other Red goodies! Got a fast hitch for my 400 from him and lots of other stuff. Need to make another run over there, need a tach and cable for the 400 and some emblems. Pretty sure he has them. He has a pair of the smaller frame weights but I don't know what they fit. I should just buy them for trading stock!
Has the pain of inflation finally hit the auction circuit. The prices on your last few auctions have been reasonable (except for the weights). The auction I was at last weekend was also reasonable.
I still haven't pin pointed it yet... The smalls are still going high though
It's going to be a good spring, if it dries out.
I told someone yesterday that once we plant, it won't rain lol
Got to give you a big like today. Your short was such a tease.
The A seems like an easy fix to start but with no lift it is a parade tractor to put on a trailer and take to the county fair. Wonder what the difference was price wise from a naked A or Cub and one with hydraulics? Seen a few A's with the vacuum lift and I guess that would have been a dealer or after market thing when a farmer said their has to be something better. The lever implements were set up for right handed people and I'm left handed.
From my experience it's about double price difference
Nice win on the plow (s) I'm wondering the way you edited your video if you won the John Deere plow. You would have been crazy not to buy it at that price, especially considering it pretty much fills the bill of what you were looking for. The Cub was cheap. Prices were very soft.
Can't buy John Deere lol
Out here in Colorado we call the plow you bought a spinner plow. I can't remember seeing a fast hitch two bottom but 3 bottoms are fairly common. Interestingly, quite often a guy with everything green will have a red plow, mostly 4, 5 or 6 bottom spinners. They pull easier then the green ones. I have a 4 bottom, might be a 642, don't remember for sure, pulls easily with my AC 8030. Tractor prices seemed pretty weak.
The last 2 auctions weak
stiener began in early 1980 in 1982 a 20hp with a 60 inch deck sold for about $10,000 i was a sales rep for them.
Holding value
Those rollovers would be nice to take to a plow day all fixed up i just bought a set of i think F-20 2-16 fast hitch made for a 300 row crop. Also a set of 209A fast hitch 2-14 for my International 240.
Nice 👊
The 234 went dirt cheap!!
Damn right, you're payin' for everythig, put Her as in there!LOL!
AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA 😅
Great deal on the 2 way plow!!.. Ah which tractor to pull with it??.. the 826,756,one of the 400s or the Super MTA??
400
That Allis B went dirt cheap!!
FF, what do you think a fixed/ painted up 660 gasser would go for these days?
Completely depends on the area and day of sale.
I have a feeling that the rollover plow is going to end up on the 756. Im looking foreward to see what the 400 does through.
Suppose to be able to use it on the 400
Funnel cakes ?? French fries with vinegar ?? I'm on a see food diet...I see food, I eat❤ 💪🏼❤go Red Power
I was too, but last year's physical didn't go well lol...so I'm a little more vigilant
It is nice to be able to throw a saw or tools into a back bed than have to balance and strap things to a rack.
My only complaint with the Artic Cat is it doesn't like cold weather, below 40 and is miserable to start. Above 50 fires right off no problem.
Sounds like my Honda...all cold blooded
I wonder if the Steiner that built that mower has anything to do with the Steiner that deals in antique tractor parts??
I wondered the same thing
Dog house for wife🤔
Congratulations on winning.
Yea, everything is always men...figured I'd flip the switch 😁
The two row planter went cheap. About half I'd say.
It was immaculate
Glad I went to greenhill sale instead of tri-state. Tristate is a joke last few years. Lots of junk, terrible auctioneers, takes forever and huge buyers fees
Brochure shows that plow behind a 300???
Mentions it

Many of those Allis Chalmers 5020 were made in Romania. Spare parts are hard to find. You need a machine shop on speed dial. Years ago I looked at a A/C 5050. I was advised by a wise man to run away very fast from it.
Yeah I learned that a while back
The top selling tractors are John deere and Kubota, I'm really surprised about that, but that's the truth.
Not hard to sell a Kubota....great product
polaris ,Worked on one would nevr own one
I like their side by sides
What did that deutz bring?
It's in the video
I thought tractors were on the low side.
Did that white sell for 3,000 tractors went cheap
It sure did and it sounded great
Those aren't wheel spacers they are weight brackets for pulling rear one piece wheel weights so you can just slide them on.
I know...probably a pullers dream
@@FarmallFanatic I would be willing to bet the hubs and brackets came off of somebody's puller. Probably had pressed steel wheels on tractor using those hubs. We made a few sets of brackets close to those back when we pulled every weekend.
@williamspates1015 I bet you are correct...maybe a Super M-TA
Probably a pretty decent 4 row planter until someone started leaving it outside.
Yep
