Wow!! God knows that I was worried. Back in March I thought I was emailing you guys and the lady said that she was you and that you were selling one of your properties for $3000. I told them that I was coming to Ghana the end of March 6th and 13th and I wanted to see the property. They said it was going to be sold really quickly. My ex husband is Ghanaian and he told me that it's a scam so I called the number numerous of times and she couldn't answer. She said send it to a Ghanaian woman because you didn't have you're accounts in Ghana. I even reached out again to her when I got to Ghana, no answer. I still have the emails. This make African American very fearful of buying in Ghana. I'm glad that you cleared this up. I'm so glad I followed my instincts and listened to my ex husband. Thank you Lord
Someone a few months ago emailed me pretending to be ya'll. I reached out to you because it was sketchy. The scammer was asking for money. I knew it wasn't ya'll. I'm glad you put a video out
I love the way you guys are handling this. My son was scammed and when he riched out about it the lady laughed about it made no effort to try to find any information. It was devastating. He was working 3 jobs with a family of 5 my heart was just ripped. They did the same thing the email was one letter off. Could be the same person or group. 😢sad.
There is an AI bot video caller software that can pick up the resemblance of your faces with just your pictures to make a fake video call so please be aware of that too thanks
For video calls, the scammers use pre-recorded videos of people images and talk over as if you are talking to the real person. Inform your clients that if they are asked to talk on video, they should ask the person to do physical activities like standing up if they are seated or any action request to prove that your clients are really talking to you. The American accent will give the scammers away
@@africaine4889it is obviously Nigerian. They are everywhere engaging in scams from different countries. They do it from Ghana, Kenya, South Africa, UK, USA, and everywhere they end up
@@TheBodleysJourney2Ghana hey I have even more numbers that person sent me an Architect that I should work with.. let me know if you want that number also.
Why don't you set up a whatsapp and use that as the only way to communicate. With the website you could also use your own name/domain for your email address instead of using Gmail.
I suggest you kindly make it a point to share a brief summary of this crucial info or disclaimer of some sort at the end of every video you put out in case people miss out this video.

How does the scammers get everyone's email address?
Wait so the consultation fee I sent to you went to you correct?
I doubt it very seriously. Did you send us an email or did the person reach out to you? Your name isn’t familiar with me.
Hoping ALL who are currently being scammed via the fake profile are actually subscribers so they have this your most recent PSA video, timely.
WOW! I am so sorry that this is happening to you guys.
Unfortunately I was one of those victims
I’m sorry to hear that
